It’s not the fanciest hotel but the location is great, it is within walking distance of the cathedral. It also has a private parking and it was clean. It didn’t have ac but it did have a ceiling fan.

This place is 'wonderful' for the price you are paying. It's nothing fancy but the upkeep is good, its clean, and feels like a quality place especially for the cheap price. The location is pretty good, you can see the cathedral down the street, the hotel is just a bit up the hill. The wifi is a little slow in the rooms. It's enough for watching some videos but not for doing other things. Overall good budget option in San Juan

helped me to find a taxi on a busy sunday which I really appreciate good value for money noise! families who are unable to control their kids screaming and knocking on our doors but noone at the reception to assist with situation!

it was very clean and everything was comfortable. I’ve was slightly cold. but I’m being picky

it was clean and the ceiling fan was great! i guess they are just starting; they do not have the ability to pay with credit card. the toilet was leaking and there was no hand towel and only a very small soap.

The staff wee extremely helpful, The owners went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were the rare non-Mexican tourists whose Spanish is not great but they made us feel very comfortable.

Very good location with exceptional staff. Clean, roomy rooms with minor functional and decor details that can be overlooked. Great value for the price and 2 blocks away from dtwn SJ.
