New and modern design, balcony with gas fire pit was amazing, good wine glasses, convenient location, quiet area, blinds well covering bed could have been bigger, there is plenty of space; some flaws in design: no place to hang towels or unpack the clothes / TV facing the kitchen

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We especially loved the automatic shutters; it was so convenient to open and close them from bed, both in the morning and at night. The room was spacious and cozy, with a huge window that gave us the perfect view of the stars at night and the beautiful garden, complete with a large, lighted heart structure and angel wings — such a special touch! Another highlight was the easy access to the winery next door. It was the perfect spot to take a stroll, enjoy breakfast or dinner, or simply wander through their lovely garden. Everything about this place was just perfect — we would absolutely stay here again! I wish the staff was accessible.

This property is NOT pet friendly as advertised. When we arrived, we were not made to feel welcomed because we had a dog. Rafa, the gentlemen who greeted us first, was fine. He was polite and friendly but expressed concern because there are 5 cats that freely roam the property, and as we found out, we will come in your room if a door is left open. The women who is on property was absolutely unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome. The location is perfect, and the setting is great.

The dirt rd to get there … but all of the roads are like that ?

It was a mix of staff interactions that tainted our experience here. We won't be coming back. No one was there to welcome us, we didn't receive a message about the arrival, anything. So I called them. They gave me the access code and said that someone was going to send me a brochure and information. The day after, the staff led our welcome by asking us if we had received a list or charges if we break or steal anything, then proceeded to charge us $20 for turning on the fire they advertise on Booking (actually, for "buying" the pipette). We didn't pay and communicated our discomfort with that. They said it was the owner's rules. I've stayed next door and told them that it seemed excessive, as the neighbors don't do that and for so much money. 20 dollars? Then, they proceeded to tell us that the surrounding properties belonged to a group of siblings, including Oasis, who belonged to the younger one AND because of that we had been allowed to pays less than next-door. Unpleasant. This kept going for a while until the lady asked me how much I had paid for each night. Overall, it felt very much like they're main focus is milking you out? A cash cow and you're the main event? This was very uncomfortable. When we were checking out, we said goodbye as they were working on a shared deck and told us we had to wait to leave until they checked the room. That's ok in hotels, but here it felt that they were paranoid and untrustworthy. Maybe they've been burned in the past by other guests. But it doesn't help to be clingy and make the experiences so unpleasant for the rest.

Beautiful views and very clean room! Not well located. We got lost for 2 hours! Use google maps to get to location maps (iPhone) does not take you to the destination.

Everything was great

the room size was big , nice and clean. bed was very comfortable. the front rental house ( casa Brisa) had music going until 3 am

The Directions aren't updated.

The location will take a good tires and make sure it’s not lowered. The roads in Valle are a trek. Location of the property was perfect and scenic. I enjoyed the self service check in and my partner and I was arriving late so they sent all the information before we arrived.

new furnishings, quality materials, nicely decorated, modern view not the best but never the less very relaxing. kind of hidden in a little valley

It not suited for 4 people. The ad was misleading.
