Not any much Poor maintenance! Tried to make coffee, no place to plug it in where it was placed!

The location of the property is wonderful. Close to many restaurants, wineries and bars. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi that stays open all night. Jazmin is wonderful! She was very friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations on food and cool places to visit nearby. The value you pay for this place is NOT worth it. We had issues the minute we arrived. First, the room situation is very misleading. Each “suite” type has the same photos and I booked the suite with the pool view priced very high to get what felt like a 10x10 room. It was 93 degrees when we visited and the AC unit takes hours to cool the room properly. There was no warm/hot water to shower just plain cold water. The bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage. Shower was not clean. The WiFi connection did not reach our room. The power went out on the second day we were there and so AC shut off. Hot day I might add. And to top it off the sliding doors are so messed up and hard to open/close so when our neighbors kept coming in and out late at night we kept getting woken up. If you want to stay here note that you will not be getting a good nights rest. Stay elsewhere and you might get better value for your money.

The place was perfect ? It was close to everything and. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only bad thing we only stayed there for one night and couldn't enjoy the pool. It was our first time in Valle, we are definitely going back and stay longer this time ❤️

The place looked nice in the photos but felt a bit tired in person and could use some TLC. The doors and windows didn’t seal well, and there were no extra blankets provided in the room. The bathroom sink was unusually high and drained slowly, and unfortunately, the comforter had noticeable stains. With a few updates and a little more attention to detail, this space could be much more comfortable

Location, layout, jacuzzi Bed a bit too soft, not fully comfortable

Hosts were great. Gave us a lot of great insights into what wineries to go to and were just fun to hang out with. Property had a good location, and the rooms were good sized and comfortable.

The property is clean , has an amazing shower and very well kept for the most part .. The fact that we reserved a 1 queen bed and one sofa but got something else .. though the place was really clean the bedding smelled like the sheets were left in the washer for a while and later put in the dryer..the place was cold and there is no heater..

Close to the wineries, secure, and very clean. Over all a great stay! The cabins were lovley. The front foor and sliding windows do are not aligned properly, allowing cold air to come in at night. It was raining a lot during my stay and a lot of water came in through the front door. The oulets are also at odd locations in the room. Getting there is also a bit tricky!

It was quant, cute and had a very cozy feel to it. This was nowhere near advertised and the jacuzzi was cold. This was two reasons why we booked the location and neither met our satisfaction.

I liked that there was a great view and the pool and jacuzzi were great. Room was perfect for a couple and several restaurants were pretty close. It was also dead quiet at night, it was great to get back to nature. The room could use a mini fridge and ironing board. the AC unit seemed a bit weak if you’re looking to cool the room down, recommend you leave the AC running when you leave for the day so it’s not warm when you get back.
