Days Inn by Wyndham San Marcos

Just a concern about the breakfast, is not a completed breakfast was just coffee and Danish.

When I turned the bathroom light on it made a really loud noise because the fan was broke . It was really annoying.

The property is in a great location to get anywhere you would want to within 10 mins. Also the staff were friendly.

It was right off the interstate very convenient and close to Rio Vista Park. Staff was really nice. Housekeeping did a great job we stayed for 2 days, I had to different rooms and they cleaned our rooms while we were out for the day, but we were freshly stocked and rooms looked good!! Nothing I didn’t like.

Rooms were very small, bathrooms were tiny, the beds were on wheels and anytime you move on the bed it would move easily. Towels were very cheap and hard, for the price was not worth it. Stayed at much nicer hotels for the price. It was a 100 dollar motel at the most.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Basic needs met. Breakfast is a coffee machine in the lobby and only pre-packaged Danish.

The room was fine for the price and what we needed the week stay for. The bad thing was hair dryer didn't work, no iron for ironing clothes, and no washer dryer on location. Pool was super small that there was no room for kids to go swimming. Every time we went it was completely packed with people so we couldn't get in cuz literally there was no room. Would i stay here again, probably not, but if you're on a budget and just need a place to stay, it will do just be sure to bring your own hair dryer or iron etc.

Our initial room smelled like “skunk” smoke. They did quickly move us to another room that was extremely hot and ac took hours to cool. That smell was through the entire parking lot so I’m sure people were smoking that in rooms and outside. Sketchy traffic later in the night around 9 pm and on. Not sure I’d stay there again. No breakfast like advertised. Just a to go danish. And NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES! Like advertised.

I am pretty sure that the room next to me were drug dealers.They were up all night, i could hear everything inside my room.People knocking all night long,.The staff is aware of everything that is going on in that room!
