White Rock Inn

From the moment we walked into the lobby to check in, we noticed ants everywhere. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The condition of the property was extremely disappointing and appeared to be very poorly maintained. We rented two rooms, and unfortunately, both rooms had a horrible smell as soon as we walked in. The walls were dirty and had what appeared to be stains and spills throughout. The bathrooms were even worse, with mold visible on the walls and inside the showers. The toilets also appeared as though they had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. To make matters worse, two of the beds appeared to have some type of bugs on them. I cannot say exactly what they were, but given the overall condition of the rooms, it was extremely concerning. Overall, this hotel did not appear to be properly maintained or cleaned. I had children staying with me, and after seeing the conditions of the hotel, I was not comfortable allowing them—or myself—to sleep there. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here think twice before spending your money. The pictures online are very misleading compared to the actual condition of the property.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom came with little amenities, the water was hot and cold in seconds, even that the hotel is in the highway we didn’t feel it. That the TV was like the old ones and that the pool wasn’t open at night, but besides that everything was perfect!

There was false advertisement, it states that breakfast is included in the stay Which is one of the reasons we booked here.Got up went down to get some and the front desk lady stated she had been there over a year an they have never served breakfast. Nothing...The T.V. had no remote and the thermostat was broken on the A.C.unit. the carpet felt and looked gross.the fridge never got cold and the ice machine was broken. The manager said he couldn't do anything to help correct or fix anything or give me any information on the person to contact about the property.

It's an economy hotel and lives up to the price you pay.

It’s a simple clean room. The wi-Fi worked well. There was shampoo/conditioner, soap, iron w board, hairdryer, coffee pot (bring own coffee), fridge.. didn’t see any bugs, bed was comfortable, quiet, and all the people I saw outside were nice, didn’t get a strange vibe and as solo female traveler this was nice.

Not clean, sink seemed stained. Could not shower in the bathroom.
