The best costumer service!!

I didn’t know that the hotel was split into 2 separate buildings. It was hard for a mobility impaired person to access the main amenities. The few staff that I met were friendly. The deadbolt lock on my room door did not lock untiI I requested and received a repair (very helpful repair man). The chairs were very heavy to move. But the fold down seat in the accessible shower was great.

The location to family and airport. Too bad there isn’t a shuttle. The freeway sound from our window.. they offered to relocate and earplugs though.

I so enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I was there for two nights, and the room was large and comfortable. The food was great. Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely stay again.
