Great place, very clean. We really loved the staff they have. And the food in the restaurant is very good. We ate the best meat made by their chef. Very good location, close to different locations. Thanks a lot to everyone! In the morning people would come from parties and be very loud, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff are great. Angel received me as always with genuine sympathy and the desire to do whatever he could to make my stay enjoyable.

The staff are amazing we was a big group. And all the staff was so kind and helpful I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it But I would say I prefer a cushion on the beds around the pool.

Decent size pool and lovely rooms
-
Rooms are tiny!! And ours had no window to see out of. There was a small frosted glass one beside the door, but not great for more than a couple of days.
-
Small very friendly hotel , staff amazing Rooms a little small , but had everything you needed .not much to do around the hotel

Great location, friendly & helpful staff! Not applicable

One of the rooms provided was adapted for disabled, and the other, the family room, was close to the kitchen's exhausting chimney. Beach at the hotel zone is not pleasant.

Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Good food although limited choice. Said pool was heated - didn’t feel like it. Said Spa but it was just a variety of massages to the room by someone brought in from outside. Said gym open 8-8 but when I went down at 10am it was locked. Complimentary tea/coffee only for day of arrival.

Street can be congested but is a great location

Breakfast excellent. But dinner less so. Quality and vfm better in nearby restaurants. Dinner. My fish portion was smaal and dry. Was it frozen?

Staff is very cordial and professional. I liked the architecture and the facilities very much. It’s a good place to relax. There was an issue with the internet, but they compensated us with free bike rental. People smoking in the pool area. I wish all hotels in Spain had a designated area for smokers. Scrambled eggs were incredibly salty, but I appreciated having many other options to choose from.

My second visit. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent, professional staff. Super clean. Lovely food. Very relaxing. Short walk to the beach and Paseo with lots of cafes and restaurants. Very chilled vibe. Although there were plenty of sun-loungers, they were very uncomfortable and need updating. It should definitely be an adults only hotel. At times, the music was too loud and seemed to be on a loop. Great to have music to enhance the atmosphere, but softer and more variety.

it doesn’t make sense how this hotel is rated so highly. the room was dirty and way too small — the decoration made it even worse, there was barely space to move around. the shower was clogged, and overall it felt like a total rip-off. on top of that, they charged us 6 euros for two small bottles of water that are free everywhere else. and the picture of the swimming pool on the hotel’s profile is totally misleading — it’s taken with a wide-angle lens to make it look huge, but in reality it’s just a tiny pool.
