nothing small elevators for the building. crawled breakfast, lines for everything, we went to a floor for breakfast and they write my name on the list, 30 minutes said the holster, 20 minutes later when more people arrive to the floor, she told every one, there is another floor where you can go too for breakfast, we decide to go to the other one and took 10 minutes to get into, inside there was a file (30 minutes) to get to the eggs preparation. the room was simple, elevators does not respond to our floor they just pass up and down with no stopping. the staff does not matter to assist you, by example i did consume something at the restaurant and request for an electronic invoice, and they told me that the invoice should be generated by the same day a Sunday and there was no body at the office to request the document (which is not required by law in mexico); but they do not proceed if you do not send this. I WILL NOT USE THIS LOW QUALITY SERVICE HOTEL AGAIN

Location was superb for our needs. Facilities were of a very good standard and the staff was friendly. I can't recall to be honest, I just know it wasn't perfect. I also wasn't there long enough to have a comprehensive report

The beds were incredibly comfy. Mostly I think the pillows were fantastic. Not too soft. Staff was very friendly, specially during check in. The Breakfast buffet looked pretty good but I didn't try it. (But I was told it was superb). You can't ask for a better location. So many dining options, you need more time. My sink was dirty when I arrived and Room Service is very slow. It takes forever for them to pick up the phone. The fitness room needs more cardio equipment (not enough treadmills) but it's fine, it actually made me go outside and run in Rufino Tamayo park which is awesome.

I like the location, the modern design, some of the gaming room & the roof top bar Very bad gym, Very expensive hotel, staff didn't allow me to have guest in my room for couple hours while I'm traveling for that purpose, they charge for breakfast.
