The staff was so kind and helpful the young man who helped me a lot Mr Pablo was great to me. I will for sure come back. Location excellent Stares but they help you with all your bags up and down

It is in a great location It could have been a little more updated also no bedspread or quilt just sheets . Not very clean going up the stairs to the rooms .

Our maid was excellent! AC was awesome Need to do basic painting and fix bad spots in rooms. Provide blanket for bed without having to ask for one. No hair dryer in room. Killed a large cockroach on my second night. Very noisy from outside traffic and neighbors dog every morning.

No drinking water. No coffee pot,no microwave. Had cockroaches in room.

Black mold all over the room and bathroom. This can make people sick. Not okay. I had to ask for another room which was a bit better (they painted over the mold). Mind you I booked for 10 days. Why would you give me such a terrible, moldy room to begin with? Do better.

Hospitality All was good

The location was okey, Staff people are really nice. We paid for a deluxe family room and got the budget room instead.

I wish the check-in time were earlier than 1pm, but they allowed us to leave our bags in the check-in area until the rooms were available.

No hot water and no room cleaning.

Fridge, staff and wifi is top. Sorry this place does not deserve the name of hotel. It s like a squat that has been repaired ( cannot talk about renovation there) by a man who is probably better in cooking than renovation. Lavatory not fixed to the whole so you eill never know when it s going to fall on your feet, WC with rust, shower room a disaster. Air conditioning is on but given there is no window that preserve the fresh air, even with the fan it s warm inside and not healthy. Bathroom smells moisture, same for the war-drop where i didn t put any cloth to avoid the smell. It s a shame to pay 70 usd per night for this!

There was no breakfast. The location was terrible noisy and the water didn’t work much of the time. The facility was old and the floor was uneven. The ceilings were stained. I could her doors slamming and yelling and loud music coming from the room beside us. The hot water was intermittent and sometimes there was no water at all. The room was cramped with no room to put anything.

The location, even without the golf cart, you were still able to get around and see places as it is very central and close to the water taxi Asked if a golf cart would be available for the next day they said yes when I went to enquire they no longer had any available

The staff was amazing! Very V friendly and helpful…. Amazing location close to beaches & Dive shops & gift shops & restaurants supermarkets & pharmacies & central park & water taxis and I got 10% off golf cart rentals.

FAIR CLEAN, SAFE, BUT TOO NOISY

Location was heart of town room was very clean and frond desk very helpful and they give me good prize for golf cart rental will comeback decently again

Nothing Think twice before you book this place!! This apartment, just open for tourist. The accommodation and the facilities are still not yet ready to serve the customer. The room provide for long stay,bi guess and workers stay there. Most are men!! The kitchen they mention on booking.com, in fact there is no kitchen. The room has microwave but no cup or plates provide...safety box can not use!! The place not clean...booking.com should check more about the place before you approve the accomodation!!!
