Definitely recommend Cool Beans Breakfast Cafe, Red Ginger Restaurant, and Secret Beach Boat Shuttle. Nothing to report here.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great location, walking distance to everything in town. Everything in the room worked great. Emmanuel was an exceptional host and responded very quickly for anything I needed. I would def recommend staying here for your visit in San Pedro!

Location was great and the unit was clean and easy to live in. Loved being close to downtown to walk to restaurants. I liked pretty much everything.

The property was very clean and located right near to the Caribbean Sea. We were walking distance to many excellent restaurants/bars, dive/snorkle tours, grocery, bakery, fruit stand, etc. Eg. the Palapa. However; I would recommend getting a Golf cart for transportation around the island. Emanuel was an excellent property manager, he catered to all of our needs. Our suite was cleaned every 2nd day and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back!! Nothing!

We loved our stay at Tradewinds Paradise Villas in Unit 23 oceanfront! The grounds were beautifully maintained and gave such a relaxing island feel from the moment we arrived. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed while still keeping that authentic island charm. A huge thank you to Emmanuel, our property manager, who took great care of us during our stay and was an excellent local contact for recommendations and help whenever needed. The location was perfect. We had a golf cart, but we could also easily walk to many great restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and bars. One of the biggest highlights for me was being so close to several dive shops, which made our diving adventures very convenient. We had a great experience and can’t wait to return! Can think of very few things, didn’t love the bed the first night but I ended up sleeping great with the heat pumps and blackout curtains

We loved the location, in town, close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beautiful ocean right out front. Emanuel is great, he will help you anything you need, we had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. The laundry service was also great, you drop it off and they message you when it's done.8 There's nothing not to like, it was perfect!

Location Was Awesome! Walk to everything. The seaweed. But not something they can do about.

The free taxi pick-up and drop-off managed by Emmanuel was great! We felt privileged to get this service for free. The swimming pool was nice and well maintained. The garden and direct access to the shore is excellent. The grocery shops are 5-10 mins away by walk so it was easy for us to pick-up food at the last minute. The shower floor gets slippery after using the soap. The stove is pretty basis and can be upgraded for more comfort. These were the 2 minor things I can tell.

The beaches and docks are open to the public until 6pm and our dock got pretty loud with people. They were having fun, laughing, music, talking but it was loud into the resort

Paradise Villas is a well maintained property. Emanuel and the staff keep the units, pool and grounds well. Anything you needed was just a phone call away. Excellent service, location, accommodations. Nothing. Golf cart traffic on the street was insane, but you didn't hear anything within the property, and the beach was the best alternate for getting around.

The location was perfect for quickly getting around town to different restaurants. Also very quiet, safe, clean, and well-equipped!

The location was perfect. Direct access to the ocean, easy walks into town for meals, a quiet location to enjoy the beauty of the view. We really enjoyed our stay. With direct access to the pier where our fishing guide could pick us up and drop us off was perfect. You can't control the weather. We had a lot of wind and pop up storms during our stay. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the location.

Lovely property with plenty of palm trees and a great location! The staff, in particular, Emmanuel, was fantastic! The furniture is dated and could use a refresh. The dresser drawers are a bit off the tracks but you got used how to work them. The living area furniture could be more comfortable. This said, the overall property is one I would come back to despite this!
