They charge for basic things. And I was being bitten by fleas. No complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Was told the grab and go breakfast was at 6am and the sign on the door said lobby hours start at 7am. Questionable.

The breakfast was terrible. A blueberry muffin in plastic. One bite and I couldn't take another. You shouldn't call that a breakfast. Poor advertising! Very noisy location!

Here’s the deal: People live here. There is no housekeeper. They put us in a bottom room. The guy next to us had Christmas lights up and a big Raider’s sign on his door; He lives here. Year round. I think several people do. I doubt if they empty their garbage or clean their kitchen. We were relaxing on the bed when we got here and a cockroach comes out to visit. On our nightstand. No food. Just came to say “Hey”. We told the front desk. They didn’t care. I was seriously scared to turn off the lights because of his potential buddies. The mattress is 4” thick on a metal frame. So if you were recently released from prison, you’ll feel right at home. “Grab and go” Breakfast is some mini muffins in cellophane -maybe 10 years old? and the worst coffee since instant in the ‘50’s. So, if that’s your jam-have at it. We won’t be back.

Dirty room, found cockroaches

Room was clean and fairly spacious but primarily functional. Lobby is oddly located and poorly signed (doordash could not find walked thru bldg to find me). Zero items in the room except bar soap - have to ask even for water glasses, then come with full dish and cutlery set. Many long stay filks walking around outside smoking and elevator stunk as a result. Hand printed and posted crooked with cellophane tape paper signs all over stating "linens to the office" so I had to ask whether we had to strip our own bed to check out (no, was for long stay wanting fresh linens, yet lame signs didn't specify that.) Just general 'low-ball' feel as a result. Functional for our needs and with our dog, but very Basic. Fabulous cajun restaurant one block south - nothing else nearby.

My room 111 had nothing but roaches in the bathroom small to big ones.

The studio had the potential to be really darling. Cute kitchen space and bar. The bathroom was fine. I first went into a room that had not been cleaned. It took me a few minutes to recognize the fact as I was entering with my hands full. I got another room and found it cleaned. My disappointments were that the kitchen did not have any glasses or cutlery at all. There was not a way to make the kitchen a benefit to me without knowing that in advance. Although I brought a snack to eat, I had nothing to eat it with. No napkins or paper towels, either. There was no in-room coffee pot which I would expect with a studio and kitchenette. In addition, to make that even worse, the "breakfast" that was offered was the biggest lie ever by a motel. Offered were only really small, cheap muffins coffee and tea. That is not a free breakfast. This WAS misleading. Almost every business motel offers at least bananas and yogurt and an option of boiled eggs and choice of bready foods. This was embarrassing. I was pretty tired, but the TV would not show any station. This is really bad form.

location, lots of parking, room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I was only there for 2 nights. nothing bad to say about my stay.

Allowed for early check in Cockroaches-live in the bathroom and leaving saw one clinging to the outside of a curtain. Breakfast was advertised, the coffee was empty and there were only nutrigraub bars. At the least, should say continental and not family friendly, no milk or juice or even water.

Not clean, random hair everywhere, the main door knob didn't work properly, the remote control didn't match the TV brand - therefore most functions weren't available, the bed was too close to a wall not allowing free access to one side (and this was a special access room, mind you), only one bed table, basically impossible to open the fridge doors due to the wrong positioning in the room, and overall extreme wear and tear of everything: tub, chairs, carpet, kitchen, lamps, bed frame, etc.

location We informed of the breakfast hours or advised to pick kitchen pots pans etc ... at check-in. Then we call to the desk. They told us we had to pick it up. There were holes in the ceiling, water pressure was low and over all the room needed a renovation for the price we paid.
