Good staff. Well maintained facilities. We didn’t get the room we booked via booking.com - as a family of 4 we were squeezed into a smaller room and it poorly impacted our whole trip. It was an issue between the hotel and booking.com, both blamed each other, and we ultimately paid the price. To be fair the on duty manager did his best to support us, even though he couldn’t provide the room we needed.

Convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Nice walking path nearby. Somewhat dated. Carpet in the hallways are worn and dirty in some areas. My room had a foul odor near the chaise and I had to keep the window open.

The room was clean and equipped appropriately. Fridge worked well and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Outside in good condition Didn’t provide 2 beds has reservations specifically were made and paid for on booking Site. Toilet tank didn’t fill up , was looked at by engineers, and still was not working properly

Great stay! Would definitely stay again, my only concern was that I paid the extra $19 for internet and parking and I still had to pay to use the internet…but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.
