No access to an ice machine on the premises. No mini fridge, no waste basket in room other than the one in the bathroom.

It was close to all the amenities I needed. Great location and great staff! There was no bar and eating atea like it shows on Google.

Breakfast is too basic (yogurt, cofee, juice, bread and if you are lucky some fruit) and at first they just wanted to offer 1 water bottle for 2 people.

The staff was amazing and I liked the location. They have not enough parking space, that is really awful.

Housekeepers were too noisy. It was not even 7am and they were laughing and yelling while talking. Every morning.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Locatie in San Benito is good The wifi is terrible which meant we could not work in our room as planned. We asked to change rooms to have better wifi and the receptionist said if we moved it would only be worse. The bar was closed the whole time we were there. When we sat down for breakfast we were told it would be a bowl of fruit. A few minutes later the lady came back and told us there was a problem and we needed to go to another hotel for breakfast which was 30 mins away, for a fruit bowl!

Loud music from the restaurant below the hotel till late and bad parking. Lack of maintenance in the restroom area.

The staff was great, reached out to me personally to make sure my room was booked correctly, coordinated a driver to pick me and drop me off. Checked in with me to let me a light breakfast was available and the on site restaurant has great food.

Location Not many lights in the room and shower was aesthetically nice but not super practical & can get messy without shower curtains. Also the wall leaning mirror would’ve looked better mounted and nearly caused us to trip over it’s bottom a few times
