1. Area appears to be dominated by terrorist cartels, not suitable for families 2. Room filled with overwhelming stench of faeces at random intervals 3. Loud music from local bar every night

Location is very walkable near many points of interest. The entire place is like a matchbox it's so small. I solo traveler felt like I was in a can of sardines while there.

I liked everything. The staff was friendly and honest, the room was comfortable and clean, the location was great. I felt very safe Whoever installed the floors in my room did too good of a job! You see, there is a step up to go into the bathroom. The bathroom tiles were lined up perfectly with the bedroom tiles, which made it difficult to differentiate where the step was at night. Someone could easily fall.

Breakfast to go for those going on tours or have early flights. Needs a hair dryer.

The staff were all incredible. I felt comfortable asking them for anything I needed. The breakfast was great, too. Everything is very clean and they service the rooms daily. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Nothing. Great hotel!

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped arrange my transfer to the airport. Would stay there again for sure. The door lock was a little unsecured.

Parking was difficult, narrow driveway difficult to maneuver, but staff assisted me and got my bigger suv out no problem.

Location at San Benito, great Nothing

I liked that here was always someone at the front desk. They were very helpful and attentive. We also liked that the breakfast was included with our stay. We also liked that there was parking at the property. Very clean. That the shower did not have hot water.

Breakfast was good The hotel is located across a couple of bars and restaurants that play loud music until 2:30 am. This was on a weekday (Wednesday and Thursday) the two nights we stayed. We couldn’t sleep and left the hotel with a headache. The furniture was old and stained. Not enough parking.

very cute boutique hotel. very friendly and accommodating staff. they treated me like family. very good location. plenty of eating establishments within walking distance.i would stay here again. I would recommend the owner/operator to consider providing an electric water heater for the rooms to make coffee or tea.

Clean and comfortable beds; friendly staff. The loud music one can hear from nearby restaurants 7 days a week! The music goes on well pass 3 AM. There is no city ordinance that prevents the establishments to shut the music at a reasonable hour. We changed rooms a few times and it did not make a difference. It’s a nice hotel, yet I would not stay here again. It’s impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. We had earplugs yet we could hear the muffled noise. I am surprised that the Hotel hasn’t done anything about it. I feel bad for any nearby residents.

Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, great restaurants within walking distance, safe neighborhood, AC worked well, good showers, good decor. Good value. Although the location offered the convenience to nice restaurants, there are a few places that play their music so loud that it is clearly heard throughout the entire hotel. We changed rooms 3 times and each room location did NOT offer a good night’s rest. The music goes on well passed 2 AM; passed 3M on weekends. It’s awful!! There is no city ordinance that requires establishments to shut the music down before midnight. It ruined our experience staying at Citlalli and I would not stay here again!

This hotel was beautifully done out inside. The room was a good size, beautifully finished and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a great stay. Also, it is very close to some great restaurants.
