The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a decent location. I also felt safe during my stay, and the breakfast was good. The Wi-Fi could be more reliable, and the hotel could use more parking spaces.

Location the best! Staff was very friendly! Would prob stay here again. . I think there were alot of guest, so we were lacking some parking.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few issues and they took care of them. I liked the bed and property itself. I didn’t like that I spoke to the staff at breakfast in Spanish telling her I was a vegetarian and she still put ham in my omelette anyway then laughed about it when I confronted her. It made me very sick and it was a very serious situation. I also didn’t like that the bathrooms were so small and that I had a few issues in my room but the staff took care of them promptly so that helped.

They should have a buffet breakfast than continental. It was a little repetitive to eat the same thing all the time because of the limited options. More options are needed with breakfast drinks such as having varied teas, hot chocolate and coffee.

The hotel was well organized when we arrived, aswell as very clean. I had no issues with anything. The the tour was an amazing experience. The tour guides were very respectful and kind. I would stay here again if I had a chance.

The location is amazing! You can take buses or just walk. It’s very clean, it has AC the gardens ate nice and the best of the best is the people who welcomes you.
