Contruction at hotel was a bit sore eye. Price point should have included breakfast at least. Most compatible hotels in surrounding area had breakfast included.

Location and staff were value added from day one to last day. Exceptional attention to detail. Upon arrival, the receptionist registering me in acknowledged my note for a room free of feathers in comforters and pillow. She sent house keeping to the room while registering me to verify everything was as requested. Kudos guys! Nothing in particular.

I like the location, the housekeeping staff is very friendly, and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage. When I arrived at the hotel, they didn't give me the room I had reserved; instead, they gave me one on the 7th floor, room 707, where a large building loomed directly in front of me. The desk lamp, the one near the shower, the switch didn't work, and the blackout wand was missing. .

Breakfast is buffet and pretty gross. Location is convenient to most things. Hotel staff is terrible, food was terrible, its expensive for what it is (needs to be renovated).

The person who was serving at the cafe stopped serving us to attend to the people at that day's event. I felt it was discriminatory because I was also a guest.

Bed was comfortable The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Despite requesting a crib on three separate occasions, it was never provided. We also received no clear information regarding the dinner that was included in our reservation, which resulted in us having to pay for a meal that should have already been covered. Additionally, no one responded to phone calls or messages when we attempted to seek assistance. The water temperature was also a constant issue, as it was either excessively hot or extremely cold, making it very difficult to use. Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and unprofessional behavior significantly affected our experience.

It was a fantastic location that had a very convenient bridge to the shopping center on the other side of the street. The facility was well lit, clean and smelled amazing, and staff was super friendly. Our room was also nice and quiet. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean! Although we ended up, not eating at one of the restaurants within the hotel, you had many different restaurants to choose from and a wonderful little store that sold cute souvenirs to take home. Would absolutely recommend other to stay here and will stay here again!
