As I booked for my friend to stay there but when he and his wife check in in late evening, he said the room is quite different with the advertising photo in Booking.com. Next morning he complained with staff about this matter but nothing to be solve.

Property was nice , very welcoming ,very nice customer service breakfast was very good , staff make you feel at home The only disadvantage was the shower faucet was very low it made the shower time take much longer than it needed

during check in they told us we can’t stay at this place and put us in a different location not so far away, but we had to walk back here in the morning for breakfast

No transparency. I booked my room and upon arrival they said that they weren't going to be able to accommodate us at the house advertised on their site. I was flexible with them and they arranged for us to stay at their second property for the same price. Upon arrival at the second property they heavily disappointed us. We had paid for two rooms and instead they tried to cram us into one big room that had additional bunk beds in case they had other guest. It was very sketchy and the street was so lonely. The house did not offer the same amenities and seemed vacant. We immediately said no and went back to their advertised property and requested a full refund. FALSE ADVERTISING.

The property is very clean very polite staff Finding a parking space due to other vehicles being parked throughout the curve on other properties.

Breakfast was exelent but little late the night before we agreed 7am but was around 7:45 am My room has no faucet to brush my teeth

The hotel is very convenient located, a walking distance to all San Salvador center. The staff are very gentle and professional. excellent!
