I've been here twice and the staff is always super nice. They upgraded my room for free last time. Room super clean and good location.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was private and for the most part quiet. The staff even helped us with parking and search for the reservation quickly. The light outside the room on the halways was very bright at night would be nice if it had a dimmer or the curtains on the room were darker.

The place is a little outdated on the inside but nonetheless clean.

great location. friendly staff always greeted me by name Hot Water was out for 2 days but the cold water was warm enough for quick shower during the hot days. TV on wall was tiny :) Bed was uncomfortable. Loud street noise.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Our room had no windows and no hot water. We asked to be moved but we’re told it wasn’t possible as there were no other rooms available. We asked to have hot water in the bathroom but it was never fixed. We had booked for 6 nights but left after 3 nights. We asked for a refund for the 3 nights we had paid for but didn’t stay for but they will it respond to any requests at all. I don’t think this is an unreasonable request as hot water in the shower is a stand facility and we put up with it for 3 days and the problem was not resolved. Very poor service on the part of the management.

The staff was accommodating and very hospitable, specially the guy who speaks English at the reception. Lack of power outlet in the room. So next time bring a extension wire.
