Las Casitas Hostal Ataco

No AC, but I think that is normal for that area

It is a nice place and I enjoyed staying three nights here. A clean and nice room with a window, ensuite bathroom and good hot water. All rooms face a nice garden area that has a large outdoor patio and outdoor fireplace. There are two cute kitties who walk around the property as well. Nothing.

The location is superb, just next to the town centre, as well as the entrance for the buses. The views from the garden, overlooking the city, are spectacular. The place, and rooms, were spotlessly clean. The shower had a decent hot water pressure. There was no air-conditioning in the room, and after asking 2 separate members of staff a small fan was brought in, which didn't help much. The room was absolutely steaming... There is zero guest kitchen facilities, not even a fridge (except for a tiny one in the bar area, but you can't access it after 9pm) It is quiet a serious climb from the centre to the place.

The location is very convenient. The staff are helpful and caring. There could be a small lamp somewhere near the bed.

it's a nice place to spend the night in the town of Ataco. my friends and i didn't want to go on a long drive at night so we needed a place to sleep and freshen up. we had a good rest and had good coffee in the morning. freindly staff and location is a short walk to the town center. looking forward to my next visit.

Really lovely family running the guest house. Easy point to catch the bus to and from Ataco. Short walk into town.

Awesome owners. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Awesome patio! Secure parking for a vehicle or two. Can be a little tricky to find as it's not well marked.

I enjoy staying here because the host was nice and very welcoming !

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. The property is cute with lots of greenery and outdoor sitting area. You have a curfew and they need to unlock the gate for you to get out in the morning. I made 6am plans with a friend to visit some local springs and confirmed with the staff 3 times the night before to open the gates so I could leave and they never showed up so I missed out on my goodbye plans with a friend (i was leaving that morning). Also had to ring several times the night before and waited 15+min to be let in since they don’t provide a key for the gates.

The absolute loveliest staff working there! They greet you with a big smile every time you come in. Also very clean rooms/bathrooms and a great games room.

This place was great! Very affordable and convenient to book for the location. The accomodations are basic but it was comfortable, safe, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It also sits atop a hil that provides an excellent view of the town and surrouding mountains, an easy and convenient walk to shopping and resturaunts. A 4 star facility this is not but they do provide breakfast, parking, a game room, and a comon area with outdoor fireplace and sitting area. I really did enjoy my stay there and would recommend for anyone who needs a comfortable and quite place to rest their heads. I wil definately be comming back.
