The staff from security, front desk and house keeping were great. All very nice and made sure we were taken care of. No complaints in dislikes

Had a great location, the hotel looks very clean and well maintained, the pool is excelente for the family. It had a very secure place for a car and the breakfast was good enough . When they cleaned the room, they only emptied the trash can and broomed the floor, they didnt make the beds or mopped the floor.

Clean place Safe for Everyone. Nice and Quiet ?

It was clean Front desk girl was a little rude, beds are highly uncomfortable to the point where we couldn’t get rest and they don’t even give you blankets only a sheet. Toilet was leaking water and my daughter fell and hurt her knee. Food was not good.

It doesn't have good coordination with the app booking.com becayse the app booked a single room but at the moment to check-in this room was not available. So I had to pay more.

Mr. Roosvelt, the doorman, was always went above and beyond to accommodate. The hotels did not have hot water and lacked towels. Staff friendly specially Mr. Roosvelt who always went above and beyond to accommodate. Will not stay until changes are made to the linen service and clarity of availability which resulted in premature cessation of stay and abrupt search for another hotel vacancy in an unknown city, San Salvador with multiple pieces of luggage in the heat instead of providing me adequate accommodation. Luckily, I was able to secure another room in the same vicinity from a hotel called, Villa Antigua, however, since my reservation was on a such short notice, the only room available was a triple on the bottom floor that cost me $150 more and was next to the front desk which made me tired throughout the night due to my inability to sleep due to the noise from the music of a unknown party.

Like everyone in the hotel, very friendly I can’t say nothing bad, they were very well mannered. A great hotel

Workers too early starting their jobs on site on construction. Walls are too thin, can hear everything next door room. Too many Indian people. They were very loud and obnoxious.
