My flight was delayed, and I was going to arrive close to their closing time. My wife let them know ahead of time that my flight was being delayed. They made sure to accommodate my arrival so I wouldn't be left without a place to sleep. The staff was very kind and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and very well presented. The rooms were clean and I had it all to myself. Nothing. Everything was perfect for what I needed.

Not enough public transportation and good restaurants around. Other than that, everything else it's fine.

The cleaning ladies and staff came in at 8am and started cleaning the beds and talking. They did t leave for over an hour. Was impossible to sleep

Not much to say about that.

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Sink and toilet were clogged, loud and noisy music until late at night, poor cleaning and towels were wore out.

Very good neighborhood to stay in San Savador. Long check in times, possible to go out and come back throughout the noght! Good value! Staff did not tell me that the kitchen is going to be physically closed throughout the night until 7am. I had to leave early the next day before 7am, so all the stuff i had put in the fridge the previous night had to unfortunately be left behind.

Staff were lovely and gave a great recommendation for pupusas, room was clean, was given wrong room but had entire room to myself, driver for airport pickup was also great and punctual Nothing really around, shower wasn’t great, no ac which is fine but the fan was awful, no real atmosphere

Quiet, friendly staff, they provide you a towel and coffee in the morning. Beds are decent, it was the most affordable on Booking.com Location a bit far, building a bit old (a bit of a humidity smell), showers are cold but overall it's a decent place.

Parking available in the premises, free drinking water and a free cup of coffee in the morning. Everthing was great, good place for solo travelers and backpackers.

The NICEST staff — the night receptionist sewed my bag back together when it broke ☺️☺️ Also, very big bathroom! Probably the biggest I’ve seen in Central America! Given that the dorm was almost full - but it did feel hot and stuffy. I found the bed layout a little weird, with a few double beds next to four bunk beds. I had no issues staying here for a night! But probably wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than that.

Spent my last two days in San Salvador at this hostel in the shared dorm. The room was spacious and also with its own large bathroom. In the hallway just outside, you have lockers to store your valuables (you need your own padlock). Decent size communal area both inside and outside on a patio. Didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge, but it was easy to cook your own food if you wanted. Everything was also very clean. The host/staff was also really friendly. Area was really nice with a lot of restaurants and bars close by as well as some smaller mini-marts. 20 min walk to the shopping area with Super Selectos++. Another 20 min walking you in the heart of Zona Rosa with even more restaurants and bars. Overall, I really liked this hostel. Nothing

Good hostel, but people were only passing here, no real hostel or travellers vibe, not a social place

I really like the location. Staff is very friendly. Wifi is strong for remote work.

Good location. Walking distance to nice restaurants, El Arbol de Dios, etc, though you will need an Uber or driver (not hugely expensive) for further afield. Spacious. I had a private room which had a lot of space. Patio and living room is spacious. Staff generally helpful - put me in touch with good driver. I stayed in private room (3 beds) for $50 a night. Btw - no reason to worry about safety or any of that stuff. Could have had more drinking water available. I got told off for filling my water bottle more then once in a day. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect drinking water to be available in the price.
