Beautiful hotel and location in central San salvador colonia escalón área. Super close to literally everything. Staff is amazing especially housekeeping; Lisette with housekeeping deserves the biggest raise and made sure our stay was perfect. The views at breakfast are unmatched/as well as the food—-and can’t beat a pupusa station.

Note: When using private transportation be awared its a Hilton Hotel. I would like to recognize Daniela Mejias, Antonio García, Ivania and Moises Hernandez the taxi driver. These people made the difference. Kudos to them.

The property was nice but the bathroom really needs to be remodeled. Its outdated and the location of hotel rooms are far from the Hilton and the parking is far about a 5 minute walk. And to get to the parking we had to pass many vendors promoting the FIFA not convenient to have a big crowd. The parking was far and having to pass all the vendors to get to the room.

Location, value and facilities. Location and instructions on Booking.com weren't accurate. This is the same hotel (check-in, parking etc) as Hilton, but the building is in the back and you have to go through Hilton to access it (at least when we stayed there Feb 2026)

Beautiful room with excellent view. Great free breakfast Check in! Were told when we dropped off our bags that the room would be ready early, 11:00. Returned at noon and waited in the lobby until 3:15! Male desk clerk could not be bothered with any questions.

The breakfast was great. Clean and friendly staff. I had a great experience.

The bathroom needed a lot of work. Bathtub stained, the finish was peeling. The tub appeared dirty. The anti-slip tape on the tub was dirty in need of replacing.

Cleaning staff are on cell constantly. It did not give me a good impression to see them hiding while talking or texting. The food in the bar, for room service, did not meet my expectations
