I don't like the mattress I woke up with back pain. They need to update bed mattress.

I wasn't happy with the service; the bathroom had a water problem. I asked for repairs or to change rooms. I wasn't satisfied, and I requested to cancel the reservation for the second day because the problem wasn't just with me in the room. The owner didn't like the solution, and then he didn't refund the remaining amount. He doesn't respect customers. After that, I told him I would go to consumer protection.Afterwards, he returned the remaining amount and said something inappropriate to me (telling me to go back to my favela in Rio). I have everything saved on WhatsApp.

The property is in a perfect location, walking distance & conveniently adjacent to malls, restaurants & shopping plazas within the Zona Rosa area. The gentleman who serves the breakfast in the morning went above and beyond and is exceptionally curious. Although everything within the room was either outdated or poorly maintained I would’ve still been able to enjoy my stay despite the fact that I was constantly being attacked by mosquitoes.

Deceiving pictures. Place and parking was not as adversited. The room didn't look like anything in the pictures.

Location is incredible. Facilities are okay. Pool is definitely a plus. Breakfast can be better.

Everything. Except that the laundry machine was out. Aaannnddd the fact that the elevator didn’t work one night and had to notify the staff. I guess he reset the breaker which made it woke 10 mins later.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent No complaints.

Our room had a Window that did not closed It did not bother us but you should check that

breakfast was great and location was great too. Everything was in walking distance! the only thing i did not like was i was able to hear the music from bars/clubs at night

Everything is on the main floor and clean The pool needs to be looked after better. Tiles are broken and people will get a cut

A major concerned with this apartment-hotel is security. The front door and garage door remains open and without any personnel guarding the entrance so anyone could enter into the property and break into the rooms area. They have cameras but not adequate personnel to care for their guests. Security and breakfast.
