The laundry service was convenient to the gym and the gentlemen there were kind enough to answer our questions and assisted us. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay unlike before. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel. That’s my one complaint.

The location, the amenities, the expansive buffet breakfast, the friendly staff! We didn't realize that there was brewed coffee for breakfast, because it wasn't offered to us. We saw the coffee machine and figured it was only that option available!

I liked their European facilities.

Clean. Nice and friendly staff. Small things that bother you. Elevators are super slow. Safe in room was detached from anchors. Hot water was like warm after 7 am.

The hotel location was great. Enough food options nearby. Easy pickup ans dropoff from Uber. Pool was nice. The breakfast was a little chaotic. There was a waitlist for seating which felt unnecessary. The food was bland but with enough options. It was way too crowded around the omelette and pupusa station.

Gorgeous hotel in every way. Our room was huge and housekeeping was immaculate. Breakfast featured a large choice of items. The meals we had were all well prepared. The hotel is located in a pleasant area near other restaurants and a mall. They arranged a tour of the city and a rental car for us. Staff very helpful and friendly All perfect

Comfort, price, location, excellent breakfast and great and serving staff I had problems with the card reader of the room door.

The building has an exterior and interior design that looks very nice and modern. The receptionist laughed at my question about offering (Shour) for my practice of Ramadan. It was very disrespectful and rude.
