Location is good, rooms are clean Nobody around to attend travellers guests, check in and checkout very bad lots of mistakes - they cannot find reservations and they don’t seems to care to have business - showers so small you can’t even get in the box if you are petite, shower cap doesn’t work - air condition very low, insufficient for USA travelers, extremely unprofessional rude staff, hotel description on site doesn’t match reality ( 24hr assistance, bar, clean sheets towels) no toilet paper - they use the same harsh paper sheets from the morning coffee station - it hurts so better bring your own - no automated lights on stairs making very difficult to drag the suitcases at 5:30 am - worse part the staff is arrogant, forgets what they said would do when you ask for something ( a cold coffee in the am prior departure ) they point out they are only 2 stars and they use very rough language. I saw only 2 people the owner a nice old lady at first then not so much and a young woman ( the niece) that has the arrogance to treat the guests like inconveniences and has zero customer skills. If you look at other reviews you can see hot they treat guests- overall I would not suggest this hotel, better places and cheaper available on the same street -

Perfect location, 3 minute walk to the beach. The structure is very well maintained and the rooms were comfortable with plenty of comfort; from the beds, tv, storage/closet space and a good size bathroom. The staff was very attentive and friendly and does a great job accommodating the guests. The breakfast table had a good variety of local/traditional foods as well as a good assortment of cereal, yogurt and fruit; all within the structure courtyard that boasts a very nice design. Coffee, cappuccinos and espresso is served promptly upon request. The staff is also very knowledgeable of local restaurants and provides excellent recommendations for dining out. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be staying here again upon my return to San Vito Lo Capo. A presto Amaryllis and thank you Aurora! ??? None, everything met expectations.

Super clean, 20 mtrs to the beach close to the centre, and it’s a family business I was glad to help with the local economy :) Just the the shower head of the room that we stayed should be changed, it’s small the water goes to everywhere and if they include more savory in their breakfast would be great!!! :)

Clean and new. Good location near beach and supermarket. Room not suitable for two adults + child. Very small room. For breakfast almost everything was sweet and everyday the same. Staff doesn’t speak english.
