Wonderful hotel with a great breakfast overlooking the mediterranean. The rooms were very comfortable and the woman who works the front desk in the evenings, Vinzia, is an absolute delight! Very helpful in providing recommendations on restaurants and things to do around San Vito lo Capo!! There was one day when there was no hot water in the shower and they do not provide beach towels to go to the beach with, which are things that can be overlooked.

This B&B is a dream!! The breakfast is awesome, with tons of homemade pastries and delicious coffees! The rooms were great, clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, very close to beach and main road! The staff was extremely helpful and gave great restaurant and cannoli recommendations! Didn’t have a bad meal once!!! The parking is not free it’s 5 euros / night at a nearby location! Not a big deal at all! nothing!

Very clean and confortable, super nice breakfast on the rooftop, and very good advices from Benedetto and Vincenza, they are very caring people.

The breakfast was fantastic. There were both sweet and savory choices which was great because I can't eat too many sweets. Lots of fruit available also. Great Caffe. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was weak in our room but worked other places in the hotel. I think we were in a bad corner.

cozy and small hotel, very close to the beach. the staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet has a broad variety of homemade foods. the parking situation is not ideal. there is a free parking space, but it is a 20 minute walk away. another paid parking lot was about 10 minutes away.

A family owned place, very charming. The rooms are nice and well equipped, with everything you need and a bit more even. Breakfast in the terrace was a big highlight, and the gentle treatment of the owner and his wife made it extra nice. Very close to the beach. Highly recommended. AC in the room was old and noisy so we didn’t use it.

The hotel has a great location. You can go to the beach by foot, only takes like 1 minute. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel is a bit older and so are the furnitures. Breakfast was good and you have a very nice view of the sea. We also had our separate entrance which was nice. Parking spot is like 5 minutes walking distance a costs 5€ per day. Room was pretty dark and you could tell the building is older. However it was always clean!
