N/A Air Conditioner shuts off when you leave the room because you must take the key card out when leaving. It was summer so it took an hour or more to cool the room down after coming in from out in the Sun. We ended up leaving our key in the power slot and leaving our door unlocked so we could come back to a cool room after church but that caused problems with the manager.

We were happy to find this nicely decorated and very clean b&b to stay at short notice. The couple running it (sorry I can't remember their names) were so kind and helpful und always available. And the car parking service was great, we did not have to worry about finding parking. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, right in the middle of town where all the restaurants are but on a quiet street. Also right next to the beach where you can hire umbrellas from Valentina’s husband for a discount (Valentina is the owner). You can also park your car at the Piana parking for EUR 8 per day and they provide a free transfer service to and from your hotel. Thé breakfast is very good but no omelette, mainly sweet croissants and cakes which seems to be typical in Italy. This is purely due to personal preference as I like to have eggs for breakfast.

location, ambiance, value, cleanliness, decor, hospitality, accommodation by hosts nothing really but if you need to complain it would be no lift to 2nd floor meant lugging your luggage up a flight of stairs but that wasn’t an issue since the owners did that without even asking
