The hosts were amazing That I did not stay longer

Francesca was so welcoming, hosting us in her home and inviting us for coffee on the terrace. The terrace had incredible views. She makes the breakfast herself. Short walk to the beach and town with parking in front of the house. The bed was so comfortable. Francesca’s English is limited, but it was not a problem. If you have mobility issues, the terrace is up a narrow set of winding stairs.

We had an amazing stay with Francesca and Giuseppe. Francesca is one of the most welcoming and kind people I have ever met. We felt right at home and everything was perfect. The view from the terrace is sublime and even more enjoyable with the homemade breakfast and cannolis, the best I’ve had in Sicily. Nothing

Well-located close the beach and port to do a lot of activities. We only stayed one night but it was perfect.

The view from the terrace of the roof is really amazing and we enjoyed sitting there very much. The hosts are very attentive and welcoming. The rooms are kept simple with everything you need (even mosquito screens) and impeccably clean. The traffic in the streets in front of and behind the house was more than we had expected - given the location at the northwestern end of San Vito lo Capo. Sleeping with the window open is not really possible - we only opened it between 1am and 7am. ( But there is air conditioning for those who don’t mind or even like the cool air con draft while sleeping.)

Great host, very clean and a great location, plus the view is spectacular

We just absolutely loved this place. It was one of the best places we stayed so far. The hosts were very kind and very nice. We had to postpone our stay because of the rainy week, and, although, our reservation was non-refundable, the host allowed us to choose other dates. So we spent amazing 4 days in the absolutely magnificent and scenic place. The breakfast was tasty. For information: although, there are photos of the kitchen, you could not cook there (we thought we could, so we used the oven, it turned out we couldn’t use it, but hosts were very polite to explain that to us. All the locations are nearby: you can wash your clothes at the lavanderia self-service (the closest one), it has amazing detergent scent; you can go the Main Street to have a dinner, drink or a party; or you could go to the lighthouse to enjoy the sunset; the main beach is just 5 minutes by walk, the water is so clear that you can see everything. Also I cannot forget how CLEAN it was. Just wow! Thank you very much for such a place, where we have rested fully with body and mind.

the hotel is at the end of the central beach so it has the best view. and it is quieter for sure. the owners were extremely kind and also tried to help with whatever we needed. the breakfast was also impeccable. There was a construction site right in front of the hotel which woke us up at 8am. but the owners apologized several times for this. and maybe for the early birds it is not a problem?! i will still come back to this hotel :-)

The hosts were super kind and we felt very welcome. Breakfast had everything we could have wanted and the hosts really cared if we were satisfied, they even prepared a delicious homemade cake. Beautiful sea view from the rooftop terrace and from the room. The rooftop terrace is available at all times. Very modern bathroom. Everything super clean. There was even a small fridge in the room which was very useful to us. Plenty of parking next to the entrance. It’s a short walk along the beach to the city center. We are definitely coming back. Absolutely nothing to complain.

It was a homely Italian experience. the owners are lovely and provided a personal touch. breakfast on the rooftop terrace was amazing. Francesca is a great cook. the views on the terrace were spectacular. It’s a 5 min walk to the main beach and town, so if you want to stay right in the centre this is just outside. But it made for great views.
