Good location, very clean room. The breakfast existed almost exclusively of pastries and leftover pizza from the restaurant the hotel owners also own. The listing says the hotel has parking, but it does not: you can park on the street (8€/day). They do have a parking service, which cannot be used by guests with rental cars.

Clean, great location and great breakfast. Absolutely no hot water in our room. Had to take cold showers. The bathroom sink was blocked. And the cleaning lady came into our room at 8:45am without knocking, which unacceptable.

The hotel is a cute little place with a few rooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They mostly speak Italian but some speak English. the breakfast was amazing.

the hotel is like 2 min walk to the beach, the staff were so nice and friendly and were really helpful, I’d really recommend this place and I’d give it a 10/10 will defo be back again xx

The property is amazing, very clean room, very big and comfortable. The staff and the family that manage the property were so nice, they took care of all of us and special care to our little baby girl, they spoiled and cuddle her everyday of our stay. Big recommended to family, perfect location in San Vito, just few steps from the sea. Nothing
