A little oasis in the city. A peaceful and green property, rooms stylish and very spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They also provide a free transfer to the Sandton mall, very useful as we did not have a car for this part of our holiday in SA.

Cleanliness and friendly stuff

Loved to be able to open the doors and listen to the beautiful waterfall sounds. The fresh air was SUCH a bonus compared to the normal stuffiness of a hotel. So well designed.

The security. Coming in and out of the facility was very secure My stay was okay, but not great. The property is very spread out, with rooms spaced far apart and no elevators, which made moving around with luggage inconvenient. Pathways are long and not clearly marked in some areas. Service was inconsistent — some staff members were warm and hospitable, while others did not seem service-oriented or attentive. The food was quite bland overall. Breakfast, in particular, was nothing memorable. On the 15th, the young man preparing omelettes clearly did not know how to make one — the egg was fried, raw vegetables were placed on top, folded over, and served, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements are needed in staff training, food quality, and guest convenience to justify the experience. ⭐️⭐️ (2/5)

Let me start by saying: I’m not an easy customer when it comes to hotels. I’m very specific, incredibly pedantic, and notice every detail—so it takes a lot to impress me. That said, 7 Villa Hotel and Spa completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this wasn’t your average stay. The rooms are absolutely magnificent—a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Every design element feels intentional, and it’s those finer touches—the little things—that really bring it all to life and show that they genuinely care about the guest experience. The staff were phenomenal during check-in—warm, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. What really stood out was that any request I had—no matter how small—was dealt with promptly and with a genuine willingness to assist. You can feel the emphasis on service excellence throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, dressed in fresh, crisp linen that felt like true luxury. As someone who’s fussy about bedding, I was genuinely impressed. The food was excellent, with a breakfast spread that was both delicious and well-presented. In short, this hotel gets everything right—from big-picture luxury to the tiniest details. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates true quality, responsiveness, and exceptional service.

Very quite place and walking distance from the nearest shopping center I liked everything

I liked the location and helping staff. The bed was comfortable too. I was woken up by maintenance people walking on the roof above my room. I eventually called reception to ask them to stop. My sleep was disturbed already. I was not happy about that as I needed to rest.
