The staff there was so amazing, very lovely ladies, they were soo helpful with information, so patient with us, we could even warm our food with no problems. There was a laldy I think its Linda she was quite helpful, I didnt take all their names down. We had a challenge with our socket and within 30mins we had been changed rooms for our comfort. I really appreciated their hospitality they should keep it up Well the rooms are very small but quite habitable indeed I cant complain for the price

Location is very good, nice and central. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Property is well maintained. The linen in the room was not comfortable, the linen is very hard, and this interfered with my ability to have a good nights rest, leaving me tired the next morning.

Adequate Breakfast, affordable and excellent location. However, ensure that some members of staff, especially reception are more receptive to customers. Some lady receptionist was quite rude especially during the collection of luggage left after checking out.

I liked the room and the dining area, which were very nice-looking spaces. The room is spacious , with a comfortable bed and white sheets. I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of socket types, including square ones, which made me feel reassured and comfortable. On the first day, the food ordering took too long, and the first lady on duty was not very friendly; however, another lady took over the food ordering, and she was a very good, friendly lady, a bit short in height.

Every thing was exceptional well about the place. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I was booked in room 27, and there is spot light facing inside the room. This makes sleeping unpleasant especially for people who like to sleep in a dark room. Please tilt the position of the spot light outside or compensate with thick dark curtains.

Was clean Toilet very small I emailed to enquire about a bigger room I left with no response and wasn't happy with the pillows and bathroom size, you sit on the toilet you touch right against the door

Perfect location, near all essential places Rooms are without bar fridges, iron and ironing boards. Difficulty in sharing iron and ironing boards.
