Excellent location, great ambience. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Loved the shuttle every 30 minutes to & from Sandton mall. Staff were friendly, always welcoming, ready to assist. Breakfast was hit & miss; sometimes served cold & wish they had more variety daily. After 3 days it became monotonous.

Did room service, lovely person who served us and it was fresh from the pan. Breakfast was lovely too, love the setup. Room plugs was not working properly and the room wall was under construction by the tv.

Pleasant staff. We did have a room close to the lift shaft, which were very noisy during the night. The food in the restaurant used to be better, I did have Tagliatelly with chicken one night it was terrible, the whole plate soaked in tomato puree, Breakfast if you order fried eggs soft sunny side up, not done that way, the staff in the kitchen were not very responsive. The food is not befitting a 4* hotel.

Place is quite exquisite and professional. Smart with clean facilities. The reception is top-notch. I liked it, I never waited for long to both check-in or check out. Breakfast was okay but it had the same dishes every day. If you could add more virieties. Rooms where fine but a couch to relax will also make the rooms more comfortable. Otherwise, Overall, very good.

Nothing quite special ordinary hotel breakfast.put some ordinary cheese on the breakfast menu Reception Staff at bit blasé about issues and indifferent with manners. It was almost we were a little bit of an irritation. Hire a bit more older reception staff, no children
