The location was great, close to the Sandton City and Hyde Park The place was dirty, the bathroom, the shower and the kitchen counter had old stains, the refrigerator had cockroaches outside.

Location was perfect. Close to Sandton City. In safe neighbourhood. We were on the ground floor, close to the reception and foot traffic so it was quite noisy.

The location was excellent and situated in a safe area. The things I did not like about the place were that the carpet in the lounge, the couch, and the dining table chairs were dirty and could use some cleaning. Additionally, the door handles for the bathroom and bedroom were loose and need attention.

The place is not great quality. Bathroom facilities did not work properly, plug points were not working, bedside lamps were not working either. Essentially, poor quality finishes and really not a luxury hotel.

The location is great. The staff at reception and the cleaning staff are very friendly, and attended to me very well. The rooms aren't soundproof. Some guests had the tendency to either host parties or play music really loud. I filed several complaints about this over the weekend
