Waterfall Cottages

It took almost 20 minutes for someone to open the gate, even though the time was communicated. If you aren't used to a dog, the dog will be literally in your face when you open the door. No assistance when the sleeper couch could not open. Not even a call back!

A quiet retreat in close proximity to Johannesburg CBD, Rosebank, Sandton and Fourways.

Nice apartment , very comfortable and cozy, well equipped kitchenette and great outdoor space perfect for kids , including a pool and playground, even if we didn’t have chance to use it as we were outside most of the time, I totally recommend to families with kids! Staff very kind and available to adapt to our requests especially with late check-in and early check out hours due to flights time All was great, just to keep in mind that there’s a big dog that seeks for companionship and tried a couple of times to get in the apartment (once also crying at night behind the window) , it didn’t bother us (just felt sorry for him), but to keep in mind for those who might be scared

We did not order any breakfast and so we cannot comment although it would be good for the host to consider including a cost for a basic breakfast for guests in the room rate. Unfortunately, we had not yet bought South African sim cards and had no internet connectivity on our phones when we arrived so we spent a bit of time trying to inform the host that we had arrived at the premises.

This property exceeded all my expectations. The room was big and spacious. The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating. My kids had a lovely time on the trampoline and playing catch with the dog. Location was also excellent. I really have no complaints. They provided extra bedding and the amenities were well thought out. I’ll definitely be returning! Absolutely nothing

The fully equipped guest room (more like an apartment) was absolutely beautiful! From the detail to furnishings and decorations, to the beautiful gardens, to the beautiful mountain view! This was one of the best guest rooms we have ever been to - thank you for a wonderful experience - next time we will stay longer! Nothing, everything was perfect!

Its big ,warm and clean The dog was a turn off for me i did not want to go outside , and the dog kept on banging our door

It's very confined so not ideal when you have kids. The kids play area was so run down, we had to take the kids out to keep them entertained because they would have definitely hurt themselves. We also weren't sure if we could use the pool or relax by the pool area as I think that's part of the main house but it didn't really matter because it was raining most of the weekend.
