The maintenance need is a lot. Whilst the bathrooms were beautiful the tiles in the shower were missing so it was painful to stand on. The kitchen wasn't equipped at all as there was only 2 teaspoons, 1 fork, and 3 plates. The dinning room chairs could not be sat on as they were so wobbly and about to break. BUT the gentleman is reception was absolutely great

They do not offer breakfast but on the poster it states breakfast is offered !

Garden area is nice. The floor tiles in the shower were missing making it uncomfortable to stand. No milk for the tea or coffee.

Breakfast was great. Stuff very friendly. Very noisy; slippery floors in the bathroom.

The property is conveniently located near Sandton CBD and close to the Conference Centre I attended. The front of the hotel features a beautiful garden and well-maintained swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and warm, with hot water readily available for bathing. The rooms are extremely outdated and in urgent need of complete renovations. I was deeply disappointed upon entering—the floor tiles were visibly dirty, worn, and stained throughout the room. While the sheets were white, they had noticeable brown stains, which was unsettling and left me wondering whether they had been washed at all. The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The shower mosaic was coated with old, brownish grime. Although two large towels were provided, one had ants crawling on it. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned after the last use- it still had visible fecal marks, and the toilet roll was finished. I had to go to reception to request a replacement, and only one roll was provided. Security was also a concern- there were no burglar bars on the back windows, including the large bathroom window. The curtain rail on the back window was dirty and partially torn. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The menu had very limited options, and there was no coffee available in the kitchen. When I asked, I was told to use the coffee in my room.

The location of the hotel was really nice - close to shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast that was made was delicious and I really appreciated that the staff were able to make amendments accordingly. The pool was amazing - we had a great time swimming and lounging around The aircon didn't work - staff explained that there was a storm that affected this and that it would be resolved during our stay (which it wasn't) - although I do appreciated that a fan was provided to our room. The toilet seat in our bathroom didn't match the rest of the unit (it was a round seat for a square unit and it didn't fit properly and it was very uncomfortable to sit on

1. The staff is trying their best, and have a great attitude. 2. The place is in a safe location and is itself also well secured. 3. Nice and clean pool 1. The bathroom doors are very hard to open and close 2. The shower tiles are peeling off in room 5 and hurt the feet when standing to shower. 3. There are no curtains in the bathrooms. 4. Room 4 does not have the A/C remote. 5. The DSTV decoders are clumsily placed on top of the TVs instead of on solid platforms. 6. The WiFi only works on the top floor. 7. The reception furniture is dirty and old. 8. The place is slowly dilapidating, though it has a great potential

Helpful and friendly staff The place is no well maintained at all. The shower floor was scary to say the least. I left without using the bathroom or taking a bath because it made my whole body crawl.

I left immediately Dirty, Unsavoury guests hanging outside my room at the pool, cold & unwelcoming, everything felt tired and nothing worked

The rooms were spacious. A very quite place, ideal for someone who want peace and quite The rooms were not clean, old peeling furniture. It was really depressing.

Outdoor pool and garden appeared to be well maintained The room was generally dusty, tiles dirty, shower and bath tab dirty. The bed is worn off....... I asked for towel when they bought the they were dirty. We booked for two nights, when we came back from our event our room was not madeup or cleaned. With an excuse that they didn't have a extra key. With arrogancy for the staff there they offered us a new room which was smaller and linen was also dirty.... When I escalated this matter to him, the senior staff, that the linen is dirty there he said the is nothing he can do we take it or leave it arrogantly soo. I ended up cleaning my own room after a long day.. Promised breakfast that was offered was not provided on the 1st morning

The reception area doesn't look welcoming. Reception staff and staff in general don't wear uniform so it's not clear who works there and who doesn't On the second day of my stay there was no water in the area... Not their fault but i couldn't bathe properly. The room was cold, not even a mat/carpet on the tiles The breakfast is very limited

The establishment is not well taken care off. The towels had yellow stains ?, the shower was a mess, did not have tiles on the floor, was dirty and greasy ?,

There was no electricity nor any Wi-Fi during my stay, I had work I had to complete as soon as possible but due to this dilemma I was forced to book another place, thus leaving & not touching anything in the property

No comment The breakfast was very disappointing. I found a hair in mushrooms, eggs were cold, toast was not edible, no coffee, juice provided. I regret booking here. Will not recommend to family and friends.

The staff is friendly especially Talent. The place is dirty and worn out. Serious renovations and deep cleaning should be done to the facilities. The bedding is no longer white.

The location is not bad The service was poor felt unsafe and cut my feel in the shower as the tiles are poorly maintained. Would not recommend!
