The breakfast and dinner both were great and the staff there were nicer . Food tops the breakfast buffet was nice both days and my steak for dinner was tender loved it 1.The location i got lost twice GPS confuses the hotel and the mall , so I found myself in the mall instead?. 2. The staff , the most unfriendly staff i have met in all the southern sun hotel i have slept in?. You great them they act not to hear you . The only person friendly to you is the person you having a direct interaction with like the person handing you the key or the waiter serving you the rest were cold as the weather (specially the cleaning staff angry bunch of people those ladies shame)?. 3 . The room :what was displayed online isn’t what was in the room i choose the hotel because of the beautiful blanket displayed on the bed which when i got there wasn’t there i asked for a blanket i got an ugly brown blanket and not the beautiful fur faux displayed , some cupboards are broken didn’t even close properly ,

Location adjacent to the mall is convenient, and the staff are always friendly. Room is a good size and well laid out. There’s just a steady stream of cigarette smoke coursing through the HVAC system, even if you are in a non-smoking room, you can’t escape it. It’s really too bad, the hotel us otherwise quite good.

Most staff members were friendly but your bar staff needs to improve their customer service they were not friendly . On the last day our room was only cleaned around 15.30pm yet since morning we were at the pool giving the attendant space to clean the room .

Breakfast but the staff at the omolette section was rude. The receptionist could have been nicer, her superior had to come and intervane becasue she got my dates messed up.

Check in staff are not flexible. I had a late flight and they couldn't allow me to check out slightly later considering I checked into the hotel at 2 am.
