Room had a bad odor coming from the air conditioner. Long strands of hair popping up all over the restroom. A yellow liquid on the toilet bowl lip. Only had conditioner and never any shampoo. Had a connecting room with other family members and didn't know that we were missing body wash until the day of checkout. Houskeeping forgot to bring wash cloths the 2nd night of stay. Safes never worked.

The room was spacious Our sink was broken, didn’t drain. Beds uncomfortable Breakfast wasn’t good. Yogurt tasted expired. Comes out of a machine. Everything was bland. Pool Is very small and makes you feel like it’s a jacuzzi. Very warm in the room and it’s bubbling but it’s cold. Game room is computer games, it’s all Deceiving. Hallway carpet is very dirty.

I've frequented numerous hotels, #BestWestern provided adequate accommodations during my visit to Cedar Point. The staff was kind, informative and professional. My room was clean and the price point was within a reasonable budget. Thank you for being an option within cluster of properties.

It seems like the Best Western has changed management recently.

Hair in multiple locations. Needs a full mattress pad.. sheets slipping revealing the bare mattress.

The lady that took care of the breakfast room was especially friendly and helpful.

The ladies who prepped the food were super sweet and always greeting my family. The morning employees were always greeting us and being alerted which made me feel safe. The night employees were careless and didn’t really care about my complaints. The beds were stained and when asked for a new, it was denied. No one came into room to clean or clean. I had to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper. There were bugs in the room and in the pool area. Wishing we had more tv options to watch since we couldn’t mirror the phones to the tv.
