Convenient location, comfortable beds and a nice breakfast

Breakfast was very nice, and plentiful, although this was a modest hotel. King beds were comfortable. The absolute only complaint was that the pull out beds (which we had to use) were perhaps the worst anywhere ever....

The breakfast ended too soon, pillows were plentiful but light on stuffing

The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, there was a very musty smell in the room and it there seemed to be a dampness. I overheard other guests mention they experienced it, too.

Liked the price and location to Cedar Point. Asked the staff to clean the room on our second night out of three, but we were extremely disappointed that no one had taken the time to clean.

Staff was very nice. The room was very wet and smelled of mold. The floors were damp, bedding damp, shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in gross water 1 min into the shower, stains all over the walls, over head fan was filthy and dusty, stains even on the ceiling, bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting, and at the end of one of the beds,it smelled like human urine. Don't stay there.

Lady at the front desk was lovely, helpful, and very accommodating. Rooms were fine for one night but could use updating. The entire hotel smelled like smoke which is obviously not pleasant for families and non-smokers. It’s 2026 and people still smoke cigarettes?! Gross. The bathroom wasn’t super clean like a hotel should be - there was something splattered on the wall next to the toilet. The coin laundry was helpful and a nice offering since we were running low on clean clothes. Overall it was less than mid but fine for last min and in a crunch when there was no more availability at The Breakers (where we stayed the 2 prior nights for Cedar Point trip).

Superb

I woke up the next morning coughing really hard, to the point of throwing up. We found black mold in our room above the window, which I’m allergic to. I didn’t say anything to staff before leaving but I did take a photo.

Location Toilet running but was fixed, drain in sink smelled and had stuff down in it. Room stunk the whole stay like dirty socks. Everything felt damp. We lost power in room last 30 min got ready in dark. Pool room blazing hot and unenjoyable.

Hotel was in a good location, about 15 minutes or so from Cedar Point, close to the baseball fields at the sports complex, and close to a lot of options for food and groceries. Our issue was both our sink, and shower drains backed up. We stood in ankle-deep water while we showered, and the sink quickly backed up as well.

Breakfast need more options.

Staff was pleasant Not clean, room was so humid the bed and floor were damp. Very expensive stay. Especially for the what we stayed in.
