Breakfast was not great quality. No eggs. Just bad bagels. A waffle maker and some dry food. Coffee wasn’t great and there were not lids stocked for coffee cups. Entire building smells gross. Almost like there is a mold issue. My room wasn’t very clean or nice. Window didn’t close fully. Hand rail in jacuzzi is loose and I’m sure not to code, if someone was falling and needed to grab onto this they would fall and potentially injure themselves. I will not be staying at another sleep inn ever again. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were horrible. My skin itched after sleeping here for two nights. Would not recommend this place.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. Close to restaurants and stores.

It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was breakfast. It was available from 6-9 am. With about a dozen people in the room, the staff started to break it down and put everything up at 845. It seemed a little too soon to me. Especially with that many people still eating.

I had an issue with the accessible room. The desk person was helpful and good enough to provide a shower chair but there was only one grab bar on the wall and none near the shower door. The toilet was too low and there were no grab bars near the toilet . I do not consider this an accessible room. Breakfast was limited at best

Older property in need of a remodel, but clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Thare was no game console in thare and I checked and I booked and it said it does have a console in thare so once we check in in the hotel thare was no console so.

Ants in the room, clogged toilet when we arrived. Staff handed me a plunger to take care of it myself… eventually got them to switch my room to their credit. Whole place smelled like smoke.

Our room was unclean and had clearly not been maintained, the small hot tub was barely lukewarm with no response from staff, the entire pool area was in poor condition with flickering lights, failed windows and loose wall tiles, breakfast options were extremely limited, and the hotel claimed to not even have drinking water. Our room was also small and didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave, so we couldn’t store or reheat leftovers from dinner. Overall it was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

Definitely a great place to stay. Room was clean, the bed was perfect, microwave and fridge, shower was great as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice clean hotel. Had connecting rooms for our group. Great food choices in the area for post cedar point meals. Good location.

Hot tub not so hot, could use a good cleaning. Pool is salty. But the worst part was the bedbugs. Was compensated for the room also given a room to sleep across the hall in for the rest of the night fell asleep around 4:30 I had my glasses on my face cuz I was looking for bugs all night and my glasses are all mangled my husband got bit eight times on his back and side we got no sleep. Needless to say I slept through the breakfast hours. Did not shower because the upgrade, I would have had to climb down into this a dirty looking jacuzzi / shower that had couple of wads of hair along the edges and a black bathtub ring around the whole inside top edge. So now I'm itchy all over hoping that I didn't get any bed bugs to bring home because I was told that they were clear and then dark after they feast on you we saw some dark ones but hopefully there's no clear ones in our stuff. Thank you Expedia for the refund
