Best Western Plus CottonTree Inn

First room we got AC was broken. Tried calling the front desk no answer three times. No answer went downstairs. Women told me it might take a little bit to cool down so I waited three hours after the room was still unbearable. I went back downstairs and asked for a fan they said they didn’t have a fan and that they can move us to another room because they know that the fourth floor has trouble cooling even though I brought it up to their attention right away. They didn’t offer to move me then. Next room we were assigned to our dog found a nicotine pouch on the floor and was chewing on it. We took it. We quickly took it out of her mouth because nicotine is poisonous to dogs and said we’ll just forget about it and go to bed next morning. I woke up and found another nicotine pouch in the corner of the room I don’t know who is just taking out their nicotine pallets and throwing them out in pet friendly rooms. We paid for a safe place for our pet and did not receive one when I asked to speak to a manager after I found the second nicotine pouch they said there’s no meds on duty all around very bad staff and not clean will not be returning.

If you have trouble walking be sure to ask for your accessible room to be near the front door.

Friendly staff and great room.

The room was clean, breakfast was good. Pool in good working order. My only complaint was that the lamp switch was glued on and you couldn't use it to turn off the lamp. You just had to unplug it.

Room was perfect. Very clean amd quiet....the only negative was the Icemachine didn't work.

Clean room, staff was helpful, used the hot tub. Overall it was a clean and well maintained hotel. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.

I got bit by beg bugs and contacted the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. So terribly Disgusted. I’ve never ever experienced this before. I’m afraid that they are having other guests stay in room 307. BEWARE

Breakfast was nice except they ran out of the 2 things I love for breakfast apple juice and yogurt. They have thus awesome yogurt machine it comes out really cold but like I said by day 2 they ran out so that was unfortunate. That and the attendant
