Breakfast was supposed to be served by 6am According to the clerk at check in but was not ready until beyond 6:30am And the topper they put a hold on my card and the hold is still on it 4-5 days later on a one night stay!

All staff members we dealt with were very helpful.

The room was clean, but the sheets were not and had holes on the side. The staff was not very helpful, and seemed not know how to work their own system, so checking in was difficult and the manager was outside on the entry chair by the door on his phone so their was one who could help. The staff was not helpful at all. The water machine was dead and when I requested for bottle of water, as I waited they asked me to pay $5 for it. The Wi-Fi never worked even though it connected. Breakfast had no actual taste even though they had options, they were tasteless.

Beds were comfy and the room was spacious for the family. Could’ve been a bit cleaner, mostly the floors. Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Good value for the price. Easy location!

The customer service was awful. We waited at the desk and the guy walked by multiple times and said nothing. Breakfast was not clean. Everything was out and no one was restocking it. Alot left with out anything to eat.

Management was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. I’m not a fan of microfiber sheets, or whatever they were. Too clingy. A plus: The window AC unit worked well and was not too noisy. Also good: the shades did a good job of keeping out light.

The breakfast is your standard cereals, pancakes, eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy. With some smaller options like toast and yogourt. The shower was constantly cold, and if it did go hot it would only be for a minute or two before going to cold again. Got locked out of my room with my key card on the third day of our stay, took 2 times for the desk to get it reprogrammed correctly. The temperature control for the AC was really finicky, it wasn't very easy to keep it at a decent temperature.

N/A They lack experienced staff. I was charged my card multiple times, and when I called them back, the representatives put me on hold for about 20 minutes. After he hung up on me, I called him back three times, but he rejected all my calls. He didn’t know how to work with Booking or the system. When I checked in, I was there for about 15 minutes, waiting for him to resolve whatever he was doing. He tapped my card six times and couldn’t figure out what he did. The next morning, I discovered that he had charged my bank multiple times. Since they couldn’t resolve the issue, I had to make a claim with my bank.

For the most part our stay was fine, but there were no pool towels and when we asked for some, it took almost 30 minutes to get any. The pool area was not as clean as we are used to. The pool floor was dirty and used towels were all over, but nothing bad enough for us to not use the hot tub. Other than that, we have no complaints, the location was conveniently located near the mall and placed to eat.
