The air-conditioning didn’t work very well, and it was very warm, made it quite difficult to sleep comfortably.

Staff were pretty good Given the price of the accommodation, I felt that all the basics were done poorly. Room description was wrong - apparently I had a patio, but the ‘patio’ is a view out the window to a courtyard you can access if you walk down the stairs. It’s about a 10 minutes drive to airport via taxi - I ordered through the concierge, but still the driver somehow charged me 30 euro (5 euro for airport charge, but 20-something euro for the booking apparently?) Phone in room doesn’t work to call concierge. If you want a coffee, go down find someone and ask them to make it - there are no facilities for that in the room. It’s a two level hotel but the wait for the lift might take up to 2 minutes. Soap/amenities bottles didn’t work properly / the pump mechanism on all of them felt like you had to pump ten times to get anything out. The buffet breakfast was 13 euro but this is too much for what it was The hotel itself was sort of grim and dark - eg stained carpets - outside of the lobby

Smell smelling very bad bleach detergent very old Hotel very weak or nothing air condition broken
-
A bit far away from Barcelona centre but if you dont mind traveling 40 mins- 1 hour to the city centre its fine. Price is also lower so that makes sense.

The property was easy to find, very clean and convenient to the airport. The staff was helpful. The rooms comfortable and quiet. And the parking was easy and secure. It’s located in an industrial area so there isn’t much around to walk to. But they had snacks and drinks in machines in the lobby and that was enough for us for our one night stay.

Location/ near the airport The carpet on the first floor coming off of the elevator was filthy The shower heads were so dirty looking that I didn’t use them The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all - When we asked what was nearby for dining she replied McDonald’s because it was a Sunday This is Barcelona and even though we weren’t in the center of town a little research pulled up several eateries within a 5 mile radius. She was not helpful at all

location, close to airport €11 for parking

The hotel is close to the airport, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Amazing breakfast buffet. No free parking, no coffeemaker in the room.
-
Proximity to the airport Old furnishings. Uncomfortable bed. No restaurants or close by services.

Nothing really

The hotel is about 10 min taxi drive from the airport, and the taxi costs 25 Euro. Quite expensive. Usually the airport hotels have a shuttle but this one doesn’t☹️ The rooms are clean and the breakfast was ok. I have to mention Jordi, at the reception. He was amazing, excellent customer service and a very friendly attitude. Not having a shuttle to the airport.

The gym not even have a yoga blanket.

It is near airport, so it will be comfortable if we have early flight. The room does not have even kettle, there is not even mineral water available in the room, and eventhough it is a non smoking hotel, we could smell cigarette from our room. There is weighing scale for suitcase but you need to pay.. For the price we paid i dont think it is worth.

Close to the airport. On Sunday, they don’t serve food. If you’re coming in late, you have to find a restaurant who might be known on Sunday also. The keys kept on malfunctioning we had to ask more than once to another set

The furniture was a little dated and banged up. The closeness to the airport was deceiving. I had stayed right downtown in Barcelona the week before and the taxi costs to the airport were just $5 Euros more than they were to the Sercotel.

There really isn't anything that I did not like.

To the hotel's credit, the staff member at the front desk was excellent—he acknowledged the logistics issues and proactively offered to arrange me a breakfast "to-go" for the next morning. If you are booking this to save money on a layover, do the math first. A taxi from the airport was €30, and even with a cheaper Cabify back, the total transport cost was nearly €45. You can reach the city center via bus for just €7, making a central hotel a much better value. I was also disappointed to find breakfast only begins at 7:30 AM.

A bit remote. Gym had no soap in the showers

Friendly staff, clean tidy room and ideal location. Food options at night rather limited however. Food options at night rather limited however.

I thought it was closer to the airport than it actually is.
