Location-near the metro station like 5 mins walking, there is an outlet mall 10 minutes walking with restos. We visity june 28, 2026 its summer the air conditioner is not cooling. Maybe just in my room i ddnt complain coz im just spending 1 night anyway. Towel is just fine, the beddings are just normal.

staff was great Free coffee was a plus. Breakfast should be included for all not worth the price. Trouble with a.c. and showers leaking not draining. Room changes and not able to accommodate family rooms together. Checking at 2 not ready.

Super close to the city train station and easy to access the airport. The supermarket is located in the next building, but it's not 24/7 Everything is very simple, lacking small appliances like cotton pads or even just a shampoo.

The facility is modern and renovated! The hotel is close to airport and walking distance to shopping mall, which I can have a walk after the dinner. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was basic and continental in style. The selection was limited, consisting mainly of bread, pastries, coffee, and juice. There was no apple juice available. Given the hotel's rating and price level, I expected a more substantial breakfast offering. The comforter was stored in the closet rather than being prepared on the bed. I prefer the comforter to be inserted into a duvet cover and ready for use. Instead, I had to place it on top of the sheet myself, which was inconvenient. In addition, the comforter did not appear particularly clean or freshly prepared. The bed was also softer than I prefer and did not provide the level of support I expected.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived after a 9-hour flight from Miami and were told our room was not ready at the 2:00 PM check-in time. We had to wait an additional hour, and every time I asked for an update, the front desk staff seemed annoyed by my questions. When we finally got to our room, the air conditioning was not working, and the room felt like a sauna. We asked a staff member to check it, and he claimed it wasn't working because it was set to "fan" mode. He attempted to contact the front desk for assistance, but no one answered. The next day, I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, and the response I received was, "What do you want me to do about it?" That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the property does not look like the photos advertised on the website. I would strongly advise future guests to be aware that the online images are misleading and do not accurately represent the condition of the hotel. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise future guests to manage their expectations before booking.

Guests are typically charged €15 for early check-in prior to 2:00PM, but somehow we squeaked in under the radar around noon. Our large two twin bed room was basic but comfortable. The extra floor space was great for storing our 6 bags. Big shower with great water pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. We were also given two extra pillows upon request. ? Good buffet breakfast from 6am to 10am. There were many bread, jam/jelly and cold cuts + cheese options. Some hot foods as well. Cost is €12.50 if you add breakfast at the front desk. Having 24-hour access to complementary specialty coffee in the lobby was nice. Big thanks to Carlos (front desk) and Eliza (housekeeping) for their excellent service! Room phone did not work and the small fridge didn’t get very cold.
