Room was fine but constant noise — music, yelling, cars — all night. Couldn’t sleep, very unpleasant.

We had complimentary coffee and oatmeal. Fridge in our room and microwave were a plus! Very charming decor and close to the main downtown area.

The room was great. The air conditioner wasn't working so the staff brought over a portable unit and the room was very cold with the unit. the place and staff were great! We will definitely come back.

Right in town and very clean rooms

Good times!

This hotel claims blackout curtains. At 6 am, the sun is full shining bright through the bathroom window which isn't fully covered by the shade. It also doesn't have a/c. They claim temperature control, but it's just a fan. They need to be honest on the listing.

The parking was very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean but on our last day after we got back from dinner, we had black ants all over our floor and climbing the wall. The staff did come to clean them so we appreciated that. Other than the ants we loved staying there because it was close by to everything. I would love to stay there again.

Wish there was a bit more storage or shelves in the room. Great for a one night stay but anymore than that and a dresser/closet or bench would have been appreciated. The property is adorable, it’s our second day and we will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Stayed here for a weekend wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Everything you need is in walking distance. Employees were super helpful and so nice. The room was very cute and clean with a beachy vibe. I also loved how easy check in and check out was. There was no need to ever go into the lobby because everything was online. Plus they were so fast I was able to check in by 1 pm.

The entire experience was wonderful. The room was extremely clean and the hotel was centrally located to restaurants and work.

Rooms are tiny and there were a lot of traffic and noise from nearby bars. The AC did not work and the windows didn’t lock.

Enjoy clean, comfortable beds and convenient parking right next door. The hotel is just a 17-minute drive from UCSB. Plus, you’ll find espresso shots and snacks in your room.

The property location is fantastic, close to State Street. It was clean and quiet. The hotel has a parking lot right next to it, making it very convenient. ($15/overnight for parking) The room was clean and renovated. The shower could have used a light. Overall, great experience.

This boutique Motel is a block away from State Street. The grounds were very nicely decorated with plenty of seats available. There is no swimming pool here as it looks like they might have converted that into a sand area. The Motel was converted back in 2018 and has a nautical theme. The hotel is pricey for what you are paying for without the premium aspect of it. The Hostkey app did not work to retrieve my key. Had to check in to the front desk and get a physical key for our room. Parking is $15 a night and is right outside the property and is a public parking lot. The staff here are nice, but definitely over priced for what you get. Plus, the AC in our room did not work and there were only 2 bath towels in the room, even though I indicated that there were 3 people. There's no door on the shower, so the floor will get wet. I don't like that the toilet is right next to the shower because if someone just took a shower, the floor will be wet in that area. If pricing was lower, I wouldn't mind staying here again, but not at $500 for a Saturday night.
