Excellent staff, large clean room, hotels in this area have limited parking

Fantastic time! Super mellow and easy!

Only one issue, they were making repair next to my room. Very noisy at times. Great location, walk to the beach. The room was clean and in good condition.

Great location. It's an easy stroll to the he beach. Thoughtful updates to the room, without ruining the mid century modern charm of the motel. We enjoyed the heated pool in the morning for an early swim before departing. Found out that the East Beach has a problem with tar. Got it stuck on our feet. The hotel staff provided us with baby oil and Dawn equivalent dish soap which helped us to scrub the tar off our feet. So not really a negative about the motel, just a negative experience with tar. Who knew?! The staff went above and beyond to help us remedy the sticky situation.

Great room, comfortable beds, helpful staff

Make sure to read (they do inform you of this-but as it is an oddity you may miss it) the Lobby Hours- it is not a 24h lobby.

The location is great and when we arrived the staff were very helpful until the next morning when I asked for two more bottles of water and was questioned and told we already had two bottles when I explained they were already used the day before. The pool was really nice and believe it was a saltwater pool, so it was nice to not smell like a bottle of chlorine. The room felt cramped and the bed sheets felt gritty of sand as well as the floors in the room. The air circulation in the room was poor and stuffy. The free-standing mini refrigerator looked out of place and needed to go in the closet area. The room had no good window views and was tucked away from the central location of the main court area, so no natural light in this room.

Wonderfully kid friendly and a minute from the beach. The room was more than we expected and very clean. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Location was amazing Room was a bit small, but there are larger rooms. Next time I’ll get a larger room.

Lovely room. Nice pool. Very simple elegance.

The space was clean, however we had issues with the Internet and then walls and floor

The staff was nice and helpful, parking was good and I was happy there was an air conditioning unit in the room. My negative ratings have to do with the appearance of the hotel. Doors had paint missing at bottom and the rooms seemed dated. It appeared a lot nicer in the pictures.

Location was great, walking distance to the beach and some food spots, also easy street parking if the parking lot was full. Nice pool, although we did not have time to use it. We also enjoyed the little breakfast basket the one morning we were working in the room. Found a few small beetles on the bed upon arrival but nothing too alarming.

The power in the room went out as soon as I turned on my blow dryer. They had to flip the circuit breaker to get the power to go back on. The staff at the time was like what do you want me to do about it. Like they couldn’t do anything. There was no Wi-Fi most of the time because apparently their Wi-Fi didn’t have good connection in that area. Rooms are very small, one tiny mirror and the smallest bathroom. We stayed there three nights and every night and early morning. All we heard was upstairs walking back-and-forth or stomping really hard. We were right next to the ice machine and we heard everybody walk through the aisle and get ice. The walls are super thin. You can hear everything.

No breakfast nearby (within walking distance). No places to go at with walking distance.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We only used the fridge but our room included a full kitchen. This place is a hidden gem!

Great time with the teens. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

The deck was shared, and not really part of the room.. The TV was unusually small for any hotel that I have ever stayed in. The air was off when we entered the room.. It was 90+ degrees that day.. The room was way uncomfortably hot. No way to order in room service.. I was just very surprised at these things with the cost of this room.. It was nice looking.. but very underwhelming and definitely nothing to write home about. 20mins before we were told to check out, they called the room several times, and we were only able to locate the phone after the missed calls.. it was under one of the nightstands.. also really odd.. There was also a woman who bent over in order to peek into the window, I'm assuming to see if we were still in the room nearing checkout time. Just weird..
