It was a beautiful hotel. The only issue is that there is not enough parking and its very tight.

My only complaint was with housekeeping. They knocked around 9 AM, and I told them multiple times that we were still in the room and not ready to check out. After the third time, the housekeeper opened the door while I was still in bed, which I found very uncomfortable. They came back again around 10:30 AM asking what time we were leaving, even though checkout wasn’t until 11 AM. It made us feel rushed and was honestly pretty rude. Overall, the hotel itself was good and the location was great, but the housekeeping experience definitely took away from our stay.

Nice hotel!

When we arrived we were excited for our suite. It’s a nice sized room with a separate living room. But when we walked around we noticed a panel not installed properly, a weird drain cover in the shower outside also not installed and the sink had a loud plopping sound. The front desk immediately moved us to a 9th floor room with the same layout. It was a great hotel. Just wished there was more stuff within walking distance. We had to drive everywhere. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

Exceptional

I didn’t that they put us in a motel set up for the price I paid . And the receptionist tried to put us in a second floor with no elevator because he’s saying there’s no more 2 queen bed that I booked .

The staff was very helpful when my luggage was delayed at the airport.

I also enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee at Starbucks in the morning

$100 pet fee

Some staff at front desk lacked customer service. I asked if they had a microwave available somewhere and guy just said it was out of the way down a hall and I probably wouldn't be able to find it because no one usually did. That was it never even offered to take us to show us. Besides that stay was good no complaints.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned throughly – no stains or odors. If you’re looking for a clean, reasonably priced room within 15 minutes from the convention center, this is a very excellent option.
