Staff was a bit rude when asked questions.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was not as clean as it should've been. There was hair on the pillows and left over garbage still in the cans when we arrived. The pool wasn't heated and the jacuzzi was dirty

Some staff were amazing while others were just ok! The room was ok too but I would not stay here again only because it was a dated hotel room. But for an extremely cheap price, I would reconsider.

What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the ladies at the reception desk. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any request. Their genuine hospitality and positive attitude made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. Every interaction with the front desk team was pleasant, and their efficiency and professionalism reflected the high standards of the hotel. They turned a great stay into a memorable one. I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Santa Clara Silicon Valley to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team, especially the wonderful ladies at the reception desk, for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future!

the hotel room smelled really dusty and they didnt clean properly, no water for coffee was left for the enxt day. They did not clean the restroom or the sink. Also brekafast was not included as they advertised for.Very disapointingl. If we knew, we would have booked another hotel. We will not go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anybody.

Early check in with great customer service

The stay was great. Helpful staff from even the bar to check out desk. Rooms were clean and delightful.

Rooms smell so bad like cigarettes first room we were in was so dirty as soon as we walked in couldn’t even put our bags down second room dirty sheets and bedding smelled horrible!!! Wouldn’t come here again if it was the last place on earth. They did cover the $20 parking but I should of just went somewhere else but it was last minute and I had my babies didn’t feel like looking

Exceptional

Nothing It’s a very simple for party and stuff are not kind although it was almost 3 PM. They didn’t allow us to check in. They said before 4 o’clock you cannot check in that’s true and for one hour they ask another $50 which is weird although we have three rooms and there is availability. They didn’t check in us until four and they were very rude. I will never stay there. Also room walls are very tiny. It’s not comfortable. They watch too much noise from the highway. Take a chance and go somewhere else. Do not stay in this hotel.

I made a reservation for June 18–20; I paid for it at 1:00 a.m. on June 19 via Booking. The hotel sent me a message through Booking stating that my reservation had been confirmed. Booking sent a notification stating that I did not need to pay any fees at the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 a.m. on June 19, and the receptionist, a woman named Mylette, told me my reservation had been canceled and demanded $515 from me. I showed her the receipt proving I had already paid. I told her I had already paid and didn’t need to pay again. But she insisted that I had to pay. I drove here from Los Angeles; I’ve been awake for 24 hours, and they wouldn’t let me into the hotel, so I had to spend the day in my car. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced in my life. I will never, ever stay at a hotel with such disgraceful customer service again, and I strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel. The hotel is a complete disaster in every way.

I have a high expectation when its hyatt but since this is my 3rd hyatt hotel I checked in i guess im wrong.

This is hotel is a hidden gem. The front desk young man was very professional and super friendly. The rooms are excellent- clean, quiet and extremely nice and modern.
