Very clean easy access to everything

I was so happy i chose this hotel for my stay. The staff was extra friendly and the studios were nice and clean. Definitely be coming back to stay here.

I absolutely loved the entire place. It is beautiful. I loved my room. The bed, pillows, couch were so comfy! I love that it had a full kitchen and kitchen table, lots of counter space in the bathroom. The room is so spacious. I love the closet space. The only thing was since my room was near the freeway, it was loud and there was nothing I could do. I wish something could be done to make it quieter. But I love everything else about it and I would love to come back and stay here again, just not a room near the freeway. Love the trail outside with the water, very scenic. One thing to improve would be the snacks. There aren't enough in the lobby. And more lighting in the living room area. Breakfast was great!

Fantastic customer service!!!! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Left an item behind and hotel staff had me email a shipping label so it could be sent home Breakfast could use a little extra. items weren’t labeled to inform people of allergens that hot food may contain. Adding potatoes cooked in some kind of oil would give those with dairy and egg allergies another food item.

It might have been remodeled recently, quite clean. The front desk staff who received me were cordial and helped me with the entry key problem. Overall great experience.

On top of that, there was no internet access. The hotel provided a toll-free number and required us to call in order to get the internet working. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing stay. I expected much better service and a more organized experience from the hotel.

My feet and socks were black from walking around in our room. Poor parking and was not advised I had to pay for parking as I paid for two nights. Just wrong that you charge for parking for your customers. Terrible communication regarding parking.

The property itself is fine, it's nothing exceptional. The beds are comfortable. They include dishes and a few pots for cooking. You have to pay an additional $15 per day for parking. Most of the surrounding buildings are empty commercial buildings so it isn't very walkable. Lots of road noise in some rooms from the highway and you'll always hear the people above you walking around if you stay on a lower floor. Also note that the rooms do not have safes.
