Travelled with family and young kids . Lovely breakfast and clean nice rooms.

Room 105 tube had mold around the tube next to the tile.

There are a variety of restaurants that are walkable and some that are few miles away. There is no ice machine I like to talk to people in person.

Not bad location from. Shopping Girl at front desk , Aaliyah I believe had checked me in under a wrong name. Ended up being asked to leave a day early since was checked into the wrong name. When I tried to verify , they did not do a great job at fact checking after I had told them my name. When I finally got the bill had the wrong name when I said that , they finally checked into it more , realized they Alaliyah had messed up. Really inconvenient timing since we had just gotten back with lunch and had to deal with that. Guy at front desk Jose was supposed to email management , when I called they told me no email had been sent. I did get a full refund so that was cool , ended up covering the cost of the new hotel but had to deal with such a hassle Also there is no elevator

The AC worked worked well. We didn't getupintimefor breakfast

There were ants everywhere in the bathroom. The clock radio was broken and when I asked for a replacement it never happened.

Check in was good . Had a problem with the TV in our room. Staff was very helpful moved us to a different room no problems . Room was clean though bathroom was tiny had great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was lacking 5/10 limited selection and hot food was ehh.

I thought it was a great place to stay. Centrally located nice staff good complementary breakfast. Pool was great. Staff was great.

Location Pillows to hard and no ice machine. Outside areas were dirty.

Great location near Levi stadium. Near a 711 and Walmart supermarket. Walking distance to Krispy crème and Panda Express. Great parking availability. Easy check in. Having to go up stairs after requesting a ground level.

Great staff. Lovely pool and landscaping. Perfect room for a quick stay.

Breakfast ended at 9am, got down there at 9:05, thinking it ended at 10am, breakfast staff wete pretty rude, everything was packed up and put away except for the coffee which I managed to grab a cup. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, TV had closed captioning stuck on and the tub was clogged with long black hair, tried to notify the desk but the guy cut us off mid sentence and said "thanks for your feedback". Really expected more from Ramada.

Stayed one night to see the fireworks, little but of a distance but totally walkable even for our two kids. Pool was great.

This place is convenient. Its close to Great America and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, best price in the area. Furniture, electric (switches) and the building are very outdated.

The air conditioning was perfect, the room was clean, the breakfast is fantastic, location is marvelous, and the staff were great. It's not too far from the Santa Clara Convention Center and the San Jose Convention Center. There's a great shopping center about a 5-minute walk away. The only issue I had is that during my second stay in two weeks the tv worked for five minutes then decided to lose signal for the rest of our stay which was 2 half days and one night. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't do anything.
