Spotlessly clean! Great variety of food, maybe a little samey but for a 3star we were impressed. Drinks all perfectly good and selection of snacks poolside. Staff super friendly. We arrived to hotel around 10am, they slapped our wristbands on and luckily our room was ready before midday! Had a late flight and were able to keep our luggage safe, have a shower etc before our flight and use of full facilities/all inclusive until we left at 10pm. We will certainly be back ⭐️

excellent food and the best entertainment team(comparing to 5* hotels in Turkey and 4*hotels in Croatia and Montenegro). great variety of food, fresh vegetables and fruits, clean facilities, two big swimming pools. additional value to the hotel is entertainment team and all day activities (for kids and adults). we arrived around midnight and reception staff prepared lunch packs for us and kids. staff in tbe restaurant is also great, as well as staff in the bar near pool. Sheets and towels should be replaced

Es Cana is a lovely place and staff were friendly. Specifically selected as touted as a good place for Gluten Free (wife is Coeliac). Majority of the food items were either incorrectly marked when speaking to staff or not marked at all. Rice cooked in the same water as pasta with Gluten. Terrible. Pool closed due to "contamination". When available, a constant grime around the edges. Not clean at all. Small rooms and horrendous view when advised been upgraded (room 637)

After arriving early due to a morning flight, we were checked straight in and given our wristbands. Rooms and hotel are super clean. We had a superior sea view room which was lovely and I have to me tion the shower! Amazing! Food is lovely with a varied choice at every meal. Pool area is kept clean with plenty of sunbeds. All staff were lovely, friendly, and always available to help if needed. Also, a fantastic location for local walks, a bus route and ferry. We had a superior double with sea view which was lovely but slightly smaller than we expected. Not a lot of storage space. The all inclusive snacks from 3pm were quite limited. Neither of these were big issues and would not stop us visiting again.

The room was modern with a great sea view , it was a Superior room which was worth paying extra for. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was good, the staff were friendly Nothing

Lovely hotel. We travelled with a large family group- including 5 children aged between 3 months and 11 years. The hotel amenities were perfect for everyone. The 3 year old has a dairy allergy and the chef prepared options for him everyday. No fuss , no drama- just done with kindness and thought. One small point would be that the entertainment team could have been better. Apparently they were new so will probably improve as the season progresses.

The food was great, a nice variety everyday with no bad stomach or "spanish belly" due to eating the Salads ect. Overcrowded restaurant on a few occasions. It left us unable to find a table with our 1 Yr old son who needed a high chair as prams/pushchairs are banned, oh and if we were able to have a high chair. On a number of occasions they were all being used so we had to wait. A designated area for families needed high chairs would be better.

Family oriented hotel, chilled atmosphere and good facilities. Nice and quiete area. Food also plenty of choices and fresh fruits. it gets a bit busy and noisy during the lunch time on pick hour

This property was always clean and tidy, rooms cleaned everyday and maid service doing so were so lovely and friendly! I booked this hotel to extend a stay in the resort that I love, this was the cheapest available at the time. The food was pretty average and basic, literally observed a child picking food up, putting in mouth and putting back. This hotel is also very loud and the entertainment very cheesy and over the top. I imagine if you are travelling with kids it would be great here! But as a couple who just wanted to chill it was a bit too much! Further to this is the sun bed situation, towels are down before you even rise in the morning! We did always get a sunbed but it was very crowded.

The hotel overall was fab. Food was good and the cleanliness was excellent. My only gripe is that we booked four superior, double rooms with a sofa bed. None of our rooms had the extra space or a sofa and our view was of a roof with generators on. We did query the rooms that we had been given and were told that Superior rooms do not have a sofa and that the error was Booking.com's and not theirs. We specifically booked these rooms to have the extra space and better quality room so were disappointed.
